Great room, underwhelming breakfast.

Friendly staff, big room with clean bathroom. Let down by an underwhelming ‘complementary’ breakfast with nothing left an hour before the end of service. All juices and pastries had vanished. Allowed only one bacon or sausage roll each which consisted of literally one sausage and one bacon rasher.

Fiendly staff, clean facilies, comfy bed, lack of staff at breakfast the poor lady was run ragged. Dirty carpets, no aircon but most importantly no windows in the rooms.or corridors which were like a maze and it felt like you were trapped in ikea.

Word of advice stay away from room 201 as it’s located right next to the lift and you will not be able to sleep due the lift being in use all through the night, A member of staff made a comment in regards to the hotels “permanent guests” so make of that what you will

Good stay for a couple of nights

Probably a little overpriced for the facilities we had. Pros: - Complimentary continetal breakfast - good location, right in the centre near all the shops. - large room and bed - included teas, milks and coffes which were replenished - good working modern bathroom and shower - well working wifi - easy check in and checkout - vending machine in the building Cons: - no tv remote, you have to use an app on your phone but it couldnt find the tv so we were unable to use - bed was not to my comfort, quite hard. - no window in the room so got quite warm and stuffy - missing basic room items, e.g, a fridge

This is the second time I have stayed at OYO. The first time was a couple of months ago, and I had an excellent time. This time, unfortunately, the drain in my shower didn't drain properly, and the television didn't work properly. When I reported this shortly after I arrived, nothing was done for the two nights and days that I was there. A great shame.

Ideal location

Fantastic location if you have any type of business in plymouth. Whether shopping , going to the Theatre or for business. Friendly staff. My only issue was the TV would not increase the volume and my planned evening ‘in’ was spoilt by this! Would definitely recommend and stay again.
