Hopefully this goes to someone that actually cares: It was not what we would expect from EXTENDED Stay Hotel! The room was bare of everything: No kitchen items not even a coffee pot, Minimal bath essentials: tiny shampo & bar soap. The carpet was dirty. The bathtub dripped constantly.Contradicting the sign stated Conserve Water? The tub doesn't drain - you have to shower in standing water / yuk The blanket was nearly big enough to cover 2 adults The room smelled. The refrigerator opened the wrong way! Someone needs to take the initiative to reverse the door. It was 105 degrees when we arrived / NO ICE anywhere in the hotel. The unfriendly, unconcerned desk person said "we don't have ice in the hotel"! I'm 73 years old and have NEVER stayed in s hotel that did not have ice. Breakfast❓Instant oatmeal in a package and have to eat it out of a paper coffee cup. No fruit ... no milk? Really? We come to Pleasanton quite often to visit friends and stay in different hotels / this place is a joke‼️
My boys were sleeping on top of rat poop and they have many bites all over their body. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. ALSO THE OTHER BED WAS STAINED WITH PEE.
Room and hotel was just fithy. Carpets, chairs, walls- everything!! I tried to get a room anywhere else after checking in but everything was full. I laid out a towel from my trunk and slept on that. Awful- there was even blood (?) on the shower curtain and bathroom wall. Unbelievable.
The room was neat and clean. The Staff Was friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in a convenient location. The cost of the room was pricey. I've paid less for a double tree room.
Stayed one night at extended stay dublin and won't be doing so again. TV has only 15 random channels. Bed was noisy and uncomfortable. Paper thin walls. If I had payed 70$ a night I wouldn't be leaving a bad review but for what I payed (more than twice that after discounts) wasn't even close to worth the money.
The stay went well as the hotel was in an excellent location relative to my work and San Francisco airport. It is a no-frills place so not for honeymoons but good fair cost business travel.
It was great I would recommend anyone with the need for a rest to stay there
The room was clean. My boyfriend and I were very comfortable and enjoyed out short stay. The only issue was the front desk clerk taking a while to notice me at the front counter to check in. Other than that, my stay was wonderful and I definitely will stay again.
This place is just average. The bed was okay, but not the best I've slept in, the towels had spots, and there was a coffee pot, but no coffee (which is supplied in other hotels. The kitchen utensils were sparce, one fork, no teaspoons, one cereal bowl, and one would expect enough for at least two. Also, the desk clerk had trouble making me a key that would work - he didn't know the date!! The positive aspects are that it's in a nice area, lots of shopping and restaurants. I consider this an average facility over all.
Overall, I was impressed and the price, even more impressive. The room had a functional kitchen area with all the basics for two people. Very quiet. No neighbor noise and it was a modern newer hotel. Definitely a great value.
The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Having a kitchen was a definite plus when it came to early breakfasts and late dinners. The Continental breakfast in the lobby was also very helpful. I did have to repair the toilet by myself. The chain connecting the flush lever and the floppet valve repeatedly became disconnected. I finally reached into the tank, reconnected it, and squeezed the metal chain links shut myself.
The sheets were covered in stains and had hair on them. We stayed in the room for about five minutes and even though we exhausted from being in a wedding all day we decided that we would rather drive all the back home. There was no way we would ever stay in that hotel.
Made reservation pre-paid with guaranteed late arrival. Arrived about 11pm. Night staff could not locate record of reservation or pre-payment. I provided a copy of reservation confirmation - took night staff person about 10 minutes to figure out how to make a photocopy. Having left my travel alarm clock at home, I requested a 0730 wake-up call. Despite assurance that the wake up call would be reliable, I awoke at 9am; having missed my early morning appointment. All disorganization was blamed on some day staff person not present and no concern or apology was offered for the missed wake up call. Nice hotel and great location, but be prepared to rely on yourself for things you don't need to worry about at other hotels, including shampoo. I don't know of any other hotel that only offers shampoo in a vending machine.
It was just as advertised.
the bathroom and kitchens wallpaper was pealing off. the room was suppose to be non-smoking, but smelled like cigarettes! the counter had crumbs on it! the location was great. but everything else was very disappointing!
