¡Bienvenido a THE BEACHHOUSE! Diseñamos nuestra nueva casa de playa de 5 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños con un diseño de plan inverso, perfecta para vacacionar y entretener con la familia.

La sala de estar, el comedor, la cocina, la isla y el bar, junto con nuestro baño principal, están en el último piso. Con más de 400 pies cuadrados de cubierta en el último piso, disfrutará del amanecer sobre el Golfo de México y la puesta de sol sobre West Bay.

En el primer piso hay dos habitaciones matrimoniales con baño principal y dos dormitorios adicionales que comparten un baño completo, todos con acceso a una gran cubierta cubierta de la mañana.
Nuestro King King cuenta con un televisor inteligente de alta definición de 50 pulgadas con puertas francesas que se abren a la gran terraza con vistas al Golfo de México. Los dos maestros reina del baño le brindan la comodidad y privacidad de un resort de lujo. Hemos tratado de incluir las comodidades de su hogar en nuestra casa de playa con encimeras de granito, duchas grandes y mucho espacio de almacenamiento en el armario.

La cocina totalmente equipada se completa con electrodomésticos Frigidaire Professional, encimeras de granito, despensa grande y muchas áreas para socializar. La gran isla superior de granito tendrá capacidad para cinco personas, mientras que la mesa de comedor con dos extensiones tendrá capacidad para diez personas y el bar está cerca.

La sala de estar es una gran sala para conversar cómodamente, escuchar su música favorita, ver la televisión en el televisor inteligente HD 4K de 65 pulgadas con programación XFINITY incluida ... o simplemente disfrutar de un buen libro en uno de los cómodos sofás.

La casa tiene una escalera interior al segundo y tercer piso y una escalera exterior tiene acceso a la cubierta del primer piso. Además, para su comodidad con equipaje y comestibles, hemos instalado un elevador de carga interno.

La planta baja es un excelente lugar de reunión para hacer barbacoas, juegos y socializar. Tenemos a su disposición una gran barbacoa Weber, propano incluido.

Con su alquiler se incluye nuestro carrito de golf Cub Car para 5 pasajeros, lo que hace que los viajes a la playa sean muy fáciles de usar de manera responsable durante su estadía sin cargo.

Somos familiares No aceptamos estudiantes de vacaciones, grupos ruidosos o eventos en el sitio.

Debe tener 30 años o más. Lo sentimos, pero no se permiten mascotas, no fumar y no hay casas rodantes. Bajo perfil, solo huéspedes respetuosos, ya que Pirates Beach es una agradable y tranquila comunidad de playa de lujo.

Solo traiga sus chanclas y toallas de playa. ENTONCES DISFRUTA !!

perfect beach house

My husband and I rented the house for our 3 adult daughters, their husbands and 6 grandchildren to join us at the beach for a weekend. The house was perfect with en-suite bathrooms for all adults bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. House was very clean and guest ready. We had a couple hiccups but we were well taken care of and everything possible was done to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The house is well decorated~~clean and bright and not overdone so even when we were in the house it was relaxing. The golf carts were perfect for getting to the beach and house is well stocked with beach chairs, toys, and even an ice chest or two. Could not have asked for anything more. We make this trip once a year at least~~this is the first house that all guests commented on. Will definitely stay here again. And the owners were so accommodating to make our time spent there as perfect as possible!!

Great house with wonderful amenities. The cargo lift and golf carts make unloading luggage/supplies. The house was perfect for our large family ages 2-76. Plenty of room for games, visiting and sleeping. Will be back!!

This house was perfect for multiple families with children. The house is very child friendly:pack’n plays, high chairs, children’s plates and utensils. Cup-de-sac was quiet. The 2 golf carts were wonderful! And the crate elevator was so helpful!! Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful house, almost right next to the beach

This house is solid, very tastefully appointed, 100% comfortable. I just wish I had wings; then I could enjoy that the house is only the width of a block from the water. But, if you like to walk to the beach, you have to go around 8 blocks to get there. Yes, the owners provide 2 golf carts for getting there, but, if your favorite thing is to stroll from the house in the morning straight to the beach, this is not quite the house. (No, cutting through other people’s property & breezeways not encouraged in Texas; also, a boggy, overgrown bit between cul de sacs should not be traversed barefoot … not on the Gulf Coast. Otherwise, it was fantastically lovely and if you Like golf carts, this place will be perfect for you.

Overall a wonderful stay!

Very clean and great layout for 3 families with kids. Everything was pretty comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We could not see the beach from our porch, but it looked from pictures on the site that you could. Location was overall great though. Only complaint- a couple nails sticking out in the stairs- definitely a safety hazard that can easily be fixed. We were bummed that the golf carts were uncharged when we arrived, but enjoyed using them the following day.

Beach house is the best!

Amazing Stay!

Our group loved everything about this place. It's in a great area, love how close the beach was and ease of getting there, thanks to the golf carts. The house was immaculate, beautiful and plenty of space for our group of 10. It was completely stocked with just about everything you would need. All we brought were our beach towels, food and clothing. The lift from the ground floor was perfect bringing up our bags and groceries. I would definitely return here in the future!

Perfect property for families

This was such a nice property and the floor plan is so well thought out. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There are tons of toys, chairs and games to stay entertained at the beach or just around the house. The beds were so comfortable and I need to ask the owners where the sheets are from! We would definitely book this house again.
