"The home is as pictured.Stylish & clean. Communication good. Original check in time pushed back twice due to issue with cleaning staff.Only compensation offered was late check out, which wasn't helpful due to early am flight."

"The rooms, or at least the one they gave me, need a carpet renovation, it stinks! Walking without sandals feels terrible, my children's socks were very dirty I had to change them 3 times, the sofas are also very dirty."

"I booked this particular hotel because of the proximity of my job assignment during a snow storm. The rooms look nothing like the pictures on the website.
