Cozy, private home in the woods!

Fairview Farms is stunning! Enjoy 66 beautiful scenic acres on a quiet, private turf airport (PS20). Close to Rt 81. The farm is shared with owners and 2 other tenants. The rental is private, cozy, & spacious!

We are within walking distance of Swatara State Park and close to the Appalachian Trail. Short drive to local wineries, bowling alley, pub/diner, escape room & movie theater. Grocery stores and gas are also nearby.

Hershey Park is approx a 30 min drive from our location.

Great biking! Rail trails and single track MTB.
The space
High-speed Wifi is now available!

The loft area may not be suitable for young children (must climb a ladder to enter/exit). The ceiling height in the loft is limited, about 4 down to 2 feet. It is the 2nd bedroom of the listing and is open to the living area.

The smart TV has an antenna with approx 15 local channels. Netflix, all streaming apps, and Amazon firestick are also available. There is a DVD player with a nice collection of DVDs (movies for both children and adults).

The cabin has one bathroom with lockable access doors on both sides, one to the main area, and a second to the master bedroom.

A dryer is now included! (New W&D combo installed August 2021!)

The hot tub is next to the owner's home (NOT adjacent to rental) but guests are welcome to use it! We do our best to give you privacy but we do have to pass by it to enter and leave our home.

Lots of parking space on the gravel for your vehicles. Plenty of space to tie down your airplane right in the front yard if you plan on flying in!

The hot tub is located next to the owner's home adjacent to our porch and parking area. Guests are welcome to use this at any time.

If you’re bringing your furry friends there’s a large 1.5-acre fenced dog park with a puppy playtime stock tank you may use. Just ask and we can show you.

Runway 34-16 is a 2,500-foot long grass strip. It is well maintained. We recently added solar runway lighting for late evening arrivals. There is a driveway that crosses the runway at the northern quarter field mark. See AirNav & contact Bill for more details after booking.

Miles of hiking, rail trail, single-track mountain biking, and kayaking are all right here!

One Rad Place to Stay!

We loved the open field. This was a beautiful, quiet, safe getaway with tons of privacy. We feel like we got more than we signed up for—with the beautiful lit up barn being close and everything we needed and more. Our kids loved the loft!

Relaxing, comfortable home

We really enjoyed our stay here. We went to Hershey Park, hiked some Appalachian trails, visiting family close by and even got to see a plane land and take off. Our dog even felt comfortable and at home here.
