Our stay was great! The Cozy Cottage was exactly that! It was super clean, perfectly spacious, and even had thoughtful items like a large variety movies, books and games. There were great sleeping options, the king in the master bedroom with the bunk bed being a queen and twin and still having a sofa bed. I was worried my teens would be bored when we weren't on the go, but the books, games and movies kept them occupied. The super close location made it easy to get to activities on the Parkway. Definitely within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet. Even though the cottage is pet-friendly, it neither smelled like pets or showed any signs, which is great because my son can be pretty sensitive due to allergies. Our dog enjoyed her stay as well. My husband even said to keep this place on our radar as we visit Pigeon Forge every other year. We will definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

The house was clean, location was excellent, close to everything. Jen was wonderful to work with. The pool was a nice bonus. Quiet area. This was the best house overall that we have stayed in while in Pigeon Forge and we have stayed in many over the years.

Home away from home and minutes from major attractions

We really enjoyed staying a this property as it allowed us to bring our family dog. Its rare that we go anywhere without her. The house was situated in a quiet neighborhood about 3 minutes from the Starlight Diner and Cracker Barrell. The closeness to all the attractions allowed for it to be a central base for our activities, allowing us to rest a bit or walk the dog. The house has everything you would expect a home to have, ie coffee maker, plenty of dishes, cups, and silverware. The kids enjoyed the novelty of sleeping in the bunk bed together, until they didnt. We hope to come back in the future.

This property was clean, organized, well kept. Appreciated that the mattresses were zipped with covers! With an uneasy feeling staying anywhere other than home, I was surprised to feel comfortable with the level of cleanliness. (That's saying something, for sure!) Can't thank the owners enough for making this unit available for others to enjoy! Much appreciated! Wish our stay could have been longer, but just a short trip to introduce grandchildren to DollyWood. Amazing time by all. Hope to stay here again in the future. Thank You

Cozy Cottage Is Correct

Cozy Cottage worked perfectly for our family. The location and neighborhood can’t be beat. Everything was neat and clean and the layout of the house is great. Having garage access was so helpful and convenient. Jen was so kind, impressively responsive and wonderful to work with. This is the best place we’ve stayed in the smokies using VRBO. We highly recommend and plan to stay again next visit!

Enjoyable Stay in Pigeon Forge

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and close to all attractions in Pigeon Forge. The pool was great after a long day of hiking (or shopping). The game system was a lot of fun! Would stay again if we are in the area!
