Perfect choice

Indoor pool, play area, great room, clean, easy checkin, not a ton of check out rules. Just bring more trash bags.

Thoughts

The rugs in both bathrooms need to be non-slip. They slipped under us a lot and once my husband fell. Also towels need to be absorbent. They actually felt wet before used. But it was beautiful and we appreciate you allowing us to stay there.. oh brighter lights in living room. Thanks.

Pigeon Forge vacation

We had an infant that was crawling everywhere and noticed her clothing was dirty from crawling around. I don’t think it was from the tile floor but from the rugs and carpeting that is why a low score on the cleanliness other than that everything was good if we are going back to Pigeon Forge will see if the condo is available

Would Stay Again

Great views of mountains and Dollywood fireworks. Quiet and clean outside neighborhood complex. The actual outside door handle broke off, but the rental company was quick to respond and send out someone to fix it. We also called about the freezer having ice buildup despite scraping it off and drying it the night before; it leaks drops of water whenever opening the freezer door & apparently needs a new ice dispenser flap b/n outside and inside of dispenser shoot - they had to order so it didn’t get fixed during our stay. We also told them about the mattress in the front room. It was very hard and uncomfortable. My daughter and I both could feel the springs from the mattress despite the foam cushion/pad on the mattress. The maintenance gentleman said he would contact the manager (property owner) and let him know. We never heard back from either manager or rental company’s customer service rep about a temporary fix. I had to fold a quilt twice to make it bearable for me to sleep on. The master bedroom mattress had a big dip in the middle of it, which means it needs replaced too. Otherwise, this is a very nice condo and we would stay again considering the mattresses were replaced.

Good, Bad & Ugly

Condo looked nice, as do most at Mountain View: furniture was in good shape. Lack of lighting throughout the condo. So dark in our BR we had to turn the phone flashlight on to look for things. Ceiling fan light in living room did not work at all. Carpet had tears, kitchen had no salt/pepper or any other condiments. 2nd bed was FIRM and I mean FIRM. Overall rating B; I would not book this condo again. If you are going to tack on $190 in fees, at least provide decent toilet paper.

New Years weekend

Nice property. Had an issue after check-in and the property manager was quick to respond and take care of. However, when we checked out. We accidentally left a couple articles behind. Got ahold of customer service and they advised they would contact the site manager and get our stuff returned. It have been 4 days and I still have not heard if they located our stuff or whether it has been mailed.

Exceeded My Expectation

The short stay at this location was the perfect ending to a vacation. The apartment was located in the heart of Pigeon Forge near events, shopping, restaurants. It has both and outdoor and indoor heated pool. There were a few issues: The front bathroom needed cleaned, there was lots of dust and buildup on the door frame, the soap dispenser was empty and looked very dirty, the sink needed cleaning (bath and toilet were clean - so no issue there) and lastly the hottub was broken - but I didn't see that as a reflection on the apartment itself. Overall, the stay was exceptional and I would certainly stay there again. My list of issues were small nuisances that didn't affect my enjoyment.

Great central location!

The condo entry was confusing and took several attempts to open door. The details of how to enter the condo were not shared. The condo did not smell fresh & reeked of a sweet smelling strange odor. There were what appeared to be recent grocery deliveries on the counter and in the refrigerator. That was a bit confusing but owners do some stocking for the clients. We were only there an hour to change clothes and then went to a convention and did not return until 11:00 pm. Within 30 minutes back in we realized that our iPad was missing. We immediately reached out to Vacasa for help. They kept putting us off stating they were trying to reach out for local help for us. Then we were told that we would have to wait until the next day for help. We explained that we were afraid & did not want to stay in the unit. They only apologized & said that there was nothing that they could do. We contacted the local police authorities. They came & made a report. We did not know what to do. We stayed up most of the night and blocked the door with furniture. Finally the next morn at 9:00 we able to talk to again the same customer service and demanded for someone to contact us. We got a call from relocation who offered another condo in area. I ask for the owner & VRBO to contact me and they stated they could not. I stated we need to be refunded and they gave us 1/3 of the cost. There was no care or concern for our safety. There is a much bigger issue with this condo.

Great location-clean property.

This was our first condo experience and we were pleasantly surprised with how easy the check in process was, the prime location, and the cleanliness of the condo itself. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again!

Family trip

The Mountainview condos are a nice complex conveniently located on the Parkway. The indoor and outdoor pools are amenities that the family, especially the grandkids enjoyed. Also, the playground was a fun part of the stay for the kids. The condo is as described. The beds were comfortable including the pullout sofa bed. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. With some cleaning products and elbow grease we remedied that. There were no other issues during our stay.

Mountain View Gem

This condo was perfect for 2 couples on a relaxing vacation. We had great views of the mountains and far enough off the parkway for peace and quiet. Will definitely stay again. Could use more than 1 kitchen towel.
