Location was good. House is a tad run down and the carpet in some of the bedrooms felt pretty worn. Cleanliness of it was good enough. Overall meet the needs of our family vacation and would stay here again!

The pictures online shows this home as super nice and pool is shown nice at night. There was no light on the pool. The pooldirty was not cleaned. We had to clean it. The house was not clean towels were on the floor dirty towels in the washer, plus was told to wash and dry towels. Toaster oven twisted there was not any big pots or skillets we had to buy our own. The bedrooms was nice though.

Comfortable stay

The home had plenty of room for us to spread out. The 4 double beds in the converted garage were squeaky but we were so tired at the end of the day, we didnt mind. There wasnt enough hot water for us all to shower and if it got hot, it took a long time to get there. The toilet paper was dang near see through, so maybe bring yiur own. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Great house for 8 buddy's Golf Gateway

Great house for a golf gateway as all appliances worked, everyone had a comfortable bed, four bathrooms, three with showers & no issues about hot water. Location was ideal as we played a majority of our golf games in the north part of Phoenix. Easy access to freeway & not far from Old Town Scottsdale for an evening out. The Hot tub was ideal at the end of the day & the water in the Pool was still warm for a dip. Would defiantly rent it again next year.

Perfect spot to wind down after hiking, football.

The house had everything we needed. Great place to relax and wind down after our activities during the day. We did some hiking, went to the ASU game, and the Giants/Cardinals NFL game among other things. It was nice to have our group gather in the house together rather than getting several rooms in a hotel and barely speak to one another. I’d certainly recommend this house for any small groups looking to stay in this area.

Many fun things to do at the house, including pool table and lots of TVs. Pool was great temperature and clean. Lots of pool side seating. Good variety and plenty of kitchen necessities. Lots of bathrooms. Convenient for heading to downtown, Mesa, Tempe, or Scottsdale.

Slightly disappointing

The house was okay. There was a strange smell in a couple of rooms. Slightly smaller than the pictures presented. It served our purpose. But forewarned there are extra fees with everything. I asked if we could check in a little early and was denied. There is check in but you have to pay $200. It is a great location.

West World Horse Show Fun!

We had a great time at this house, we stayed 10 days! The pool was great, lots of space inside and out. We had 7 guests and our dog. Tons of room and loved that everybody had their own bathroom. I highly recommend this house. It was a 10 minute drive to the West World Horse Show facility.

Spring break family trip

First we were sent to the wrong house with the check in email. Get to the correct house and it took three different attempts with management to get the correct code to enter, this whole fiasco was over a hour delay. No apologies offered, no attempts to make it right. Back yard when we arrived had pool toys all scattered around the yard and on top of pool. Dead plants in planter in backyard. Golf balls also all over. We requested the 2 twins to be made into a king, this was not done. Had to demand it be done, attitude was really you want this done! Boys changed many light bulbs that were burned out. Hair dryer broke in one bathroom. Very little body wash supplied in 2 bathrooms. Dishwasher didn’t work very well. Welcome book is in bad shape and not very helpful with restaurants and things to do. Bunk room use to be a garage. The lock on the door if accidentally touched would lock and no code given to unlock it. No plastic dishes available for patio use. Hard to get 2 SUV’s in driveway as shrubs scratched the sides of vehicles. Pool and hot tub were heated very well. Home inside was very clean. The neighbors definitely do not like having a VRBO, there were at least 4 signs in their yard stating rent a room not a home… made us feel uncomfortable. We were respectful of noise and didn’t have any issues with anyone.

We had an awesome time here, the house is real nice and Rob was super workable! Those other bad reviews were ridiculous as everything worked fine and the house was clean and in very good condition. Rob answered all messages without delay and was very accommodating.

Very rough around the edges

I will start by saying this was our first time ever staying at a VRBO. We have always stayed at hotels in Scottsdale. We decided we wanted a private pool for the kids to swim in. After scouring listings, we chose this one for it's location and the promise of a 5 star resort style home. I will begin with the positives of this home: it's in a great location and the pool and backyard are very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the tv's in each room were nice. Now on to the negative. Our concerns started the minute we pulled up in front of the house. It has zero curb appeal and there were piles of dirt and spilled paint in the driveway. When we approached the front door, we noticed more spilled paint on the steps and the door was dirty and dented in. When we opened the door, we were met with a very musty smell that was very off putting. As we toured the house we were very disappointed with what we saw. The furniture was all in poor condition with chipping paint and varnish coming off. The pool table was very dirty and none of the pool sticks had tips on them, so you couldn't actually play pool. There was a cracked window. Two of the bathrooms have been updated and they were nice. However, the entire house looked like it was in need of a deep clean. In another bathroom there were piles of dirt in the corners and stains dripping down the walls. There also appeared to be black mold in the corner of the shower. The towels provided were basically rags. They were so rough and ragged that we ended up going to Target to purchase our own towels to bathe with. The stove in the kitchen had something melted on to the cooktop. The window sills were caked with dirt. The worst part was when two of our kids tried out the putting area the first night. They came running inside screaming in pain. They had touched the poles to the flags to retrieve the balls. The poles were made of fiberglass and it got all over their hands. We spent the next hour removing tiny pieces of fiberglass from their poor hands. The luxury resort style house that we were promised was definitely NOT what we got. The kids enjoyed the pool for the week and we tried to spend as much time as we could in the backyard. If we ever decided to rent a house again, I will be looking much more closely at the pictures and read the reviews more carefully. I am disappointed that VRBO allows houses in this condition to be on their site.

Perfect Family Entertainment

This home was PERFECT for our family. Master was HUGE! The pool was a hit - having it heated (at a cost) was a nice option as well. Everyone was able to spread out and enjoy themselves. Great location - not far from the Spring Training fields which is where we frequented daily. Not far from other fun places like Top Golf too. This home was great and we will be back!

Nice place. Poor ownership/management.

The ownership only cares about their bottom line. They have multiple homes and have forgotten about customer care. We told them that the hot tub was important to us and they even charged us an extra cleaning fee only to find out it doesn’t work at all. The TVs don’t all have programming. When we told them of our concerns we were told that those were basically “free amenities” and therefore they wouldn’t reduce their rate for their sub standard product. It’s too bad because it is a nice place.
