I was disappointed to find torn cushions on the outdoor chairs and only one lounge chair, the second broken and not useable. The BBQ didn’t work, items required to use fire table were not in place as described. We were lucky to find the key elsewhere in the home. Both propane tanks empty or near empty. Only one full tank available.Expecting to use the BBQ almost exclusively, including to cook our Easter Dinner, the response from the property manager was poor. No offer to get it repaired and lacking any empathy for our situation. We asked about a pool issue and got no response from the property manager. The cleanliness was acceptable but things like door jams not being wiped down made me question if the place was properly disinfected between renters. While the description was accurate and the pictures show the property accurately it doesn’t show the disrepair of the outdoor furniture and equipment. We enjoyed our stay overall despite the issues. The house was perfectly suited for 3 couples and children. The kitchen was well equipped although the water/icemaker on the fridge didn’t work. It was also cleaned nicely and handled the activity 9 people can create.
