Scottsdale townhouse

It was a very comfortable and convenient stay with a quick walk to the Scottsdale Artists School which we were attending, and also the Main Street Art District. Many restaurants nearby and a hop skip and a jump to Fashion Square shopping and the multitude of excellent dining spots. Bed was comfortable as was all of the furniture. Just one thing to note: the paint needs to be touched up all over the rental. This give the unit a false uncared for feeling. Please touch it all up.

Cozy in the City

This loft apartment is so cute! It was very clean with added details that made it very welcoming. It was quiet, cozy. The location is fantastic for walking around Old Town.

Stayed during a baseball tournament

The location was perfect. And all the amenities were great for me to have a home away from home while playing baseball all over Arizona. This provided a great central location with easy access to nightlife.

Great Location Great Value

Excellent location to walk to old town and through Scottsdale to get your steps in! Unit was clean and tidy. Corina was extremely responsive when we had questions! Overall would recommend as great value!

Good stay

Check in was easy and directions were all clear. Loft/apartment was clean besides the dirty comforter that i realized wasn't washed. (not the biggest deal cuz it was just a few stains from whoever stayed before). Bed was a little stiff but like I said, it could've been worse! I realized the loft sink was clogged, so i contacted vrbo and the host contacted me immediately and sent out a plumber. Space was a little outdated from the pictures which is normal and happens, but still wayyyyy better than staying in a hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it had all the amenities we needed and was so close to the places we wanted to visit in Old Town. Convenient washer and dryer and host provided enough detergent pods that we didn't have to go buy some.

Nice place for two

It was just my girlfriend and I in town for a couple of day. We were looking for places when we stumbled upon this one. When we arrived it looked exactly how it was shown in the pictures. The service and communication with the property manager was very helpful and had very timely responses. This is a great place and would stay here again, if needed, the next time we are in town!

Walk to old towne scottsdale

The loft was nice, pictures are accurate. Over all its a great value and walkable to old towne. The property managers answered all questions very quickly and were quite accommodating. I will say the rental itself is tired and needs some care. The ceiling tiles are warped and falling out, walls are scratched and dinged badly in lots of spots. The sinks do not drain properly. That being said i would 100% stay here again its a great value!

Could be five stars with a little attention

The Old Town location is an easy walk from many restaurants, museums, and shopping. While the apartment was mostly clean, a sink plug was missing and we dropped an ointment cap in the drain. Lighting above sinks could be brighter. The space seemed a little tired, needs some touch up painting and updating. But plenty of storage space and firm bed. No cable TV, only streaming which may present a problem for some.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the loft. It is a funky little spot. We could walk to old town Scottsdale and lots of great shops and restaurants. The place is a little dated and in need of a renovation but it was clean and quiet and had the basics of what you need.

Affordable and Good Location

This was a nice stay for the two of us. It was clean and the loft bedroom was unique and fun. More than adequate storage for our personal belongings. There were a couple of times we could hear traffic, probably because it is close to Goldwater Road, but overall it was quiet and restful. The king size bed was very comfortable. It does look a bit dated and could use some TLC. Would recommend upgrading and adding linens, towels, pillows, etc. Parking was convenient and location was ideal for access to Old Town.
