You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Guest bedroom in cozy condo. Centrally located, private many amenities available

The guest bedroom is yours during your stay it has two entrances. The hall bath is exclusively for your use as well. The living room is spacious and also yours to use, Attached is the workspace. There is a gym that includes the weight rack with multiple options. We have the meditation/plant room which is my personal favorite. Kitchen and washer and dryer use as you wish. There is a $5.00 laundry fee to use laundry soap, fabric softener, bleach, and dryer sheets. Iron available upon request. Lastly we have the backyard including a patio with tables and chairs and a BBQ grill you can use as you like. the back gate opens up to beautiful green grass, there is a beautiful lake you can walk to thru the neighborhood. The community has a pool as well, let me know if you plan on swimming. I will provide you with the key. There is a $25 fee if you lose the key
