Charming 2 bedroom bungalow walkable to downtown

Historic feel with modern conveniences! Our 1927 Bungalow has everything you need and is a 7 minute walk (through a beautiful neighborhood) from Historic Downtown Petaluma. Our town is centrally located - about a 30 minute drive to Sonoma, Point Reyes, Sebastopol and about a 45 minute drive to Napa and local beaches.

Our backyard is a perfect place for enjoying the outdoors in summer or a sunny winter day. We have an outdoor shower and hot tub in our completely private, enclosed backyard.

For guests staying 30 days or longer, no taxes will be required. For those staying under 30 days, our city requires a 10% tax be added.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
