Beautiful condo with easy access to the beach. This home had everything we needed, and we were super impressed by how well the kitchen is stocked. The location is amazing; it's so close to everything but the beach is relatively uncrowded. The home was very clean and comfortable and Kendra was very responsive to any questions I had. Bonus, we loved the storage closet and the extra goodies to bring to the beach with us. We're definitely going to look here first when we come back down.

I really can’t rate high enough for how much we enjoyed this stay. The condo was gorgeous and was exactly like the pictures, the entire property was so well kept, the gym and pools were both open when they said they would be and were clean and ready for guests. The one issue we had with the coffee pot was corrected within a few hours of us checking in. The owners and staff were so responsive and even checked in during the tropical storms that came through while we were there. The patio had stunning beach views- we enjoyed daily coffee and breakfast out there. Can’t wait to go back and if these owners have other properties I’m willing to go stay wherever to get hosts like this again. The utility closet had multiple chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, beach toys galore. We had brought our own beach towels, not knowing there was a giant basket with probably 10 in there. Can’t wait to go back!

What a wonderful unit! Spacious and beautifully decorated with everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. Fabulous balcony patio to enjoy the views and a well equipped kitchen for easy meals in if desired. Access to the beach was so easy plus a hot tub and pool right there as well. Beach chairs and umbrellas were set up and available for rental - highly recommend this service! Our host was super responsive when we had questions and the check-in, check-out process was seamless. Great location with easy access to everything. A perfect 10! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay in Perdido Key!

Property was just as described. Clean, easy beach access, nice pool. Loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided in the storage room. We had a wonderful stay. Parking lot was a little small but not a huge problem. Owner was quick to respond if we had a question.

This listing cannot even begin to portray the luxury, comfort, convenience and memorable experience the property actually provides. The host was quick to provide all the details well ahead of the stay. Every convenience of home was well stocked and meticulously cared for. Five stars for the decor. And the view! Spending each evening enjoying dinner on the comfy balcony furniture with the sound and sights of waves on the sugar white sand was just what I was hoping for. Same could be said for the view as you wake up in the master suite with that same breathtaking view right out your window and additional balcony doors. I only hope to share this experience with my family next time as the condo had every ingredient for a memorable family experience. For me on a solo reset trip, this was a dream come true.

Great Host and Great Condo

The Owner was very gracious and accommodating. Check in was easy with a door code. Great beach access, great location without much of a crowd even on a 4th of July weekend. The condo was neat, clean, modern, and with all the amenities that you need. It is straight across from the elevators. The elevators were fast and not crowded. You really can't ask for much more. If I had to give any strikes it wouldn't be towards this condo or the owner, the only concerning items I had were the parking passes were actually 55 each instead of 40, the parking lot is kind of small and crowded. We had to park next door at the west building when the lot was full in front of ours. And for some reason the beach chair rental companies are taking up way too much front row beach access in front of a lot of the condos now including this one, making it more difficult to get a good spot without sitting on top of others or behind rows of empty chairs and umbrellas. There again, nothing to do with this rental unit or this owner. They were both top notch and I would stay here again.

Luxury Beachfront Retreat has been, by far, our favorite place we have stayed for our yearly beach getaway. The photos in the listing do not do justice to how beautiful this condo is. It truly felt like home away from home for the seven days we were there. Kendra was quick to respond and so very kind. As beautiful and clean as the condo was, what truly sets it apart are the little details and special touches that she added. More than enough linens, towels, beach towels, as well as blankets to curl up with on the very comfy couch. We slept soundly on the king size bed, comfortable mattress and great pillows. The balcony is what sold me on booking this condo and it was spectacular. One of the biggest, yet so cozy, balconies we have had. The furniture is very comfortable and the view is breathtaking. Outside of the unit itself, the Sea Spray Condos are very nice, clean, and well kept. The ladies in the office are fabulous. They truly care about your stay and experience at Sea Spray and were friendly and helpful in recommending places around the area. This is the first year that I can say that we truly did not once say anything negative about where we stayed and the first condo we have ever stayed at that I, without a doubt, will book again. The love and care that was put into this Luxury Beachfront Retreat is evident in the listing and comes to life the moment you walk through the door. Thank You Kendra!
Every morning I curled up in the chair and started my day with coffee and my daily devotion. It was so beautiful and peaceful.
