For the price of ~$100/night, this place was worth about $20. Limited parking, including having to walk between close-set buildings 2 and 3 with mossy sidewalks to get to a room in the back of building 7, by the wooden fence, was a challenge. The "breakfast" was a cheap continental with stale bread for toast, coffee and juice, instant oatmeal packs, old mini muffins, and apples wrapped in plastic wrap. The room was dingy, with sticky cabinets, outdated furniture, food-encrusted pull-out couch, scratched vinyl floor, metal box under the mattress, and a rusty tub. Oh, and the guests on the balcony above us were smoking weed. I honestly cannot think of anything good to say, other than the reception staff was friendly.

Check in was great and representative was very nice and helpful. Room was dirty, the cleaning crew forgot bath towels, room seem to have moisture build up on walls, floor, etc.

Property was a little run down. We loved the space in the room and the setup of the King Suite. We loved having a full size fridge. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The TV was cracked. The floors were squishy and had big dips/holes under the laminate. The counters were sticky. Had to ask for towels daily to shower. Checked in as a family of 4 and only could get 3 towels at a time... made no sense. Never had a hotel be so stingy with towels. Breakfast was hardly that. Cereal and yogurt. No proteins like egg or sausage. Not a bad stay. Would stay again for convenience and space.

Very creepy environment outside hotel. People walking around smoking and staring at us while walking to our room. Hardly slept because we were afraid they naught brake into our vehicle. Empty parking lot but room farthest in back away from the parking lot. Room had Dirty floors and roaches.

The first room we were put in was awful. The hot water heater made a loud clanking noise when it ran, it wasn’t clean, and there were no utensils. We complained a couple hours after checking in and were told we should have complained sooner. Regardless, they moved us to another room because of the noise. It was much better but still was missing dishware and a toaster. The pool was gross but warm. The beds were comfy but creaked a lot. Overall it was sufficient for what we needed but could have been much better.

DO NOT STAY HERE! IT IS NOT A 8.0 QUALITY PLACE!

We’re not a confrontational family & we try to see everything with a positive outlook, that is why we attempted our 3 nights. We checked in on a Saturday & I knew I had more children with me than what was booked originally because the 3rd party booking only allows so many to be added. So during check in I discussed this with the man & asked if that was an issue, he stated no it wasn’t. He had me write just the adults down and stated that our children didn’t count just adults. Next issue, they wouldn’t allow my husband to use his credit card for incidental charges. Which was weird because I’ve booked several rooms or my husband has and we’ve both used our different credit cards. The gentleman said we could give him $100 cash deposit for incidental hold and upon check out it would be returned. We agreed and asked for a receipt - they refused to provide a receipt for the deposit. We just traveled from TX with our children & a premie, so to our mistake we obliged due to our exhaustion & our children wanting to be done riding in a car, though it seemed like a really shady business practice. When we arrived at our 1st room it smelled of heavy marijuana, the sheets were disgusting, there was dead roaches on the floor, & in the fridge there was rotting food. We switched rooms however it only continued to go downhill from there. Everything from the room being infested with bed bugs eating our family alive, stolen money, and police were called. Read remaining review on Google!

I arrived and had 3 kids had got a call from my booking with another hotel and it was out of rooms so emergency stop we had to find a place to stop after 7 hour drive i booked and stayed one night and they charged a $100 deposit fee and we never got back and all we did was sleep and left .
