Nice place with some difficulty getting settled.

This condo was in a good location westward on the island and it was reasonably maintained. It is located on the intercoastal side, but there is a small strip of beach and a pier that was great to just hang out at for a day with the kids. It is an easy walk/drive to the gulf side beaches with a convenience store and restaurants down the street. Unfortunately, the check in process was difficult as the code we were provided did not work which required a call to customer service, then after getting settled the WIFI password didn't work which required another call to customer service. The information provided on both the app and in the rental is very general and doesn't feel specific to the area or rental. Customer service was very helpful, but I doubt anyone wants to spend parts of their vacation on the phone for something that should be taken care of ahead of time.

Great once wifi fixed

All great and good value except first day wifi was off. Manager was helpful snd courteous a d had cable co fix but 1 day without wifi and cable tv is a deal killer. Thanks for the $75 refund but again no wifibfor a day of a weekend stay is a deal killer

First time in Pensacola Beach

Loved the location and activities available in the area as well as wonderful food. Unit had many issues that were never resolved during our weeklong stay. 1) Dishwasher was broken 2) Kitchen sink was clogged 3) TV in 2nd BR was broken. Unit was dirty. Vacasa management was notified multiple times. Will never rent from Vacasa again!

Could be Better

We were unable to get into the property using the codes sent us, but this was taken care, but only after a long wait on hold in an automated phone system. With just a little work this property could be a 10 instead of a 7. The upholstered furniture was stained and some of the extra blankets were dirty, although surface clean was good. We liked the private pier for our teen boys. Some of the condo units were in disrepair making the place look a little run down. Hopefully this is just temporary. Good location.

Good location

Good location for being away from the center of activity. Near a good restaurant. Comfortable beds. Close to beach and sound. Property clean and well equipped. Only downside was the sofa and bar stool cushions need cleaning.

The perfect condo for us! Very comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. And the chair and umbrella service on the beach was a major added bonus!! We would definitely recommend!!!

Mermaid beach house

The location was extremely nice and we were able to walk everywhere! I would return for sure! Apartment was very clean and organized for having so many people in a smaller area. Having a balcony was a nice touch. This was such an amazing place to stay! The place was amazing, safe and close to Pensacola Beach

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at Baywatch unit F4. The property was just as advertised, kitchen very well stocked with anything you need to prepare meals, Beautiful pool, bay side sidewalks, group fire pit and a short walk to the beach. Even complimentary beach umbrella and chairs delivered and set up for us on the beach each day of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Glorious condo

Condo was very clean, and supplied us with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. A short, pleasant walk to the uncrowded beach. Access code did not work upon arrival, so I called and the sweet lady had me a code that did work within minutes. Enjoyed the private balcony with a descent view. It was fun walking down the Baywatch pier, and one of our favorite activities was watching the precious turtle family in the fountain area. We absolutely loved it!

It’s really pretty nice

It was a nice place- clean, plenty of kitchen utensils and most everything you need for a brief home away from home. If i were to nitpick, i’d make a comment about the mildew around the registers which i think jacked up my allergies a bit. The memory foam mattress topper is good at remembering all previous guests and may be a bit soft in the middle, but aren’t we all? The furnace filter was in want of changing too, but most people will probably not notice or care about these particularities. With that said, my family (2 adults, 3 kiddos) enjoyed it a lot and would book it again in a couple years if available. No concrete complaints. Thanks for the great time.
