Perfect location right on Main Street. Plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores in walking distance. Apartment was beautiful and every amenity provided. Many good wineries and breweries within a short drive. Highly recommend staying at the Sheridan House if coming to Penn Yan!

Tranquil Anniversary Getaway

Sheridan House Studio delivers the perfect getaway accommodations through its quiet and comfortable environment, as well as its location to coffee/shops/restaurants! The convenience of literally walking out the door and being able to begin each morning at Amity Coffee was immeasurable. The proximity to hikes, vineyards and again being able to enjoy dinners at Burnt Rose Wine Bar and 18th Amendment by just walking downstairs made our getaway fun-filled and delicious! Perfect appropriate amount of check-in texts and reminder e-mails - all were so helpful. Parking was easy and not even a thought, exactly what you want when trying to relax. We would recommend this stay to any family or friends for every kind of trip or celebration!

Perfect location

Perfect place to stay in Penn Yan. The wine bar below is a gem! Couple that owns it is lovely and food, drinks and service was great! Definitely make a reservation for brunch! The only little down side of this place was the steep steps to carry up luggage. We underestimated the time to take our luggage down and around back to the car. It was lovely place to stay. Highly reccomend!

Amazing

We loved our stay! Perfect little romantic getaway. It was very easy to get to and into. Very clean. Very cozy. Climate control was great. Wonderful place to stay with easy access to great restaurants, the water, and the wine trail.

Great location to walk around the town

Perfect!

Loved every thing about this studio apartment especially the location! We didn’t need to get into the car. Walk to breakfast, walk to activities, walk to grocery and walk to dinner. Absolutely perfect. Studio was spotless and had everything you need.

Great stay in Penn Yan NY!

This is a great place to stay when visiting the finger lakes. It’s centrally located so Watkins Glen, Canandaigua, & Geneva are all less than an hour away. There must be 50 or more wineries in the area, and the waterfalls & views are spectacular! There are 20 steps up to the studio, but if you’re here to see the falls, they have more steps. Great stay!

Beautiful loft in quaint Penn Yan

My wife and I chose this charming loft to stay in during our trip to the Fingerlakes area and I have to say that it was just right for us. We loved it! The space is not very big, but perfectly designed and decorated. From the kitchen area with the marble countertops and seating in the back of the peninsula, to the cozy sitting are in front of the TV and last but not least the super comfortable king-size bed. Everything was as clean as it could be! The location was great, too. Right on Main Street, just above a really nice wine bar. I also have to say that the minimal noise coming from downstairs in the evenings wasn't an issue at all. It was all quiet at bedtime. There was a great restaurant ( 18th Amendment) a couple of doors down, and the coffee shop at the corner just rounded off a great weekend for us. Thank you Myron and Joleen! We will be back.

Finger Lakes Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful time in The Finger Lakes and enjoyed our stay at this studio in Penn Yan. It was nice exploring a new town with access to so much within walking distance. 18th Amendment and Amity coffee shop are a must try when staying here! Everything we needed was in the unit, highly recommend.

Excellent location!

The Sheridan House- Studio was the perfect location for our Finger Lakes getaway. The property was clean and modern, and was very convenient being downtown. If in the area again, we would definitely stay here, or try one of the other Sheridan properties next door.

Lovely Stay in the Fingerlakes

We had a great time here. The proprietors were very helpful and the studio was clean, comfortable and just as advertised. It was a little loud at night but the noise machine provided drowned out most of the street noise. Overall a perfect place for a long weekend in the fingerlakes!
