Relax & Unwind in the Heart of the Finger Lakes

Welcome to our cozy retreat in Penn Yan, NY, nestled on a quiet hill surrounded by apple orchards and rolling vineyards. While there's a peek of Keuka Lake through the trees, the real charm here is the peaceful setting-perfect for sipping coffee on the porch, unwinding after a day of exploring, or just soaking in the fresh country air.

We bought this home in fall 2024 and fully renovated the interior to create a comfortable and inviting space for guests. While the inside is completely updated, we're continuing to make improvements to the outdoor spaces. Our driveway is shared with the friendly business next door, but once you arrive, you'll feel tucked away in your own private retreat. We live just a few miles away, so if you need anything during your stay, we're always happy to help!

Harvest View is a recently renovated, modern home located in Penn Yan, NY, comfortably accommodating 6 guests, with arrangements available for up to 8 guests upon prior request. The main entrance is accessible via a ramp. The home includes 3 bedrooms—two on the main floor and one in the basement—and 2 bathrooms, both located on the main floor. The basement features a lounge area with a TV and ping-pong table, accessible from inside or via an exterior entrance.

*Early check-in may be allowed. No fee will be applied for the first hour before check-in. $25/hr in additional fees will be applied after the first hour.

*Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, cooking essentials), central air conditioning, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and TVs on both floors. Outdoors, guests have access to a full deck with seating and a grill.

*Parking is provided for up to 4 vehicles. Please park in front of the parking signs.

*We kindly request that guests observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

House was amazing decorated beautifully with tranquil colors. Basement space and deck added extra relaxation areas. Extremely comfortable stay! We were in the area for Keuka College’s Green & Gold weekend. This VRBO is in a great location; proximity to Penn Yan, near some of the best wineries/breweries/distilleries, and short drive to Keuka College. All the essentials and comforts of home were provided to help make our family time memorable. The space was spotless. All the “little things” were thought of, including light switch labels, and an easy to control central air and heating. We are looking forward to our next visit (already booked!). This was an amazing stay!! Karl, the property manager, was very accommodating!! We were able to check-in early with no issues! The place is a hidden gem! Super clean and fresh. The overall design of the property is fantastic. My wife and I were in town to celebrate 4th of July with family and this we a wonderful rest bit from the family fun. Check in was so simple and the homeowner, Karl, was very responsive. My family and I really enjoyed our time in this very cute and cozy home.
