Sunlit 3BDRM in Central Penfield

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Set up for six guests, there are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with twins. Two full bathrooms. All the rooms are on one level.
Sorry, the garage is not included at this time. There is plenty of parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway.
Pets welcome if approved -- please check with host. Pet fee: $20/pet/night.
NO smoking of any kind indoors please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome! Pet fee of $20/night per pet will be requested separately a couple of days before your arrival. I'm open to discounts for smaller breeds or longer stays. Please keep all pets off of the furniture and pick up any messes outside prior to departure. Doggy bags are available.

If at any point you loose the keys to the house or lock them inside please contact Cheryl immediately. We will do everything possible to assist with gaining access, in the event a locksmith has to be called and a $150 fee will be required.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

We wanted a dog friendly centrally located place to stay allowing us to both explore the fingerlakes and spend a day at Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. This property was perfect and I would highly recommend it. The bonus was viewing deer grazing in the back yard.

Great value well kept property!

This is a great value. Nice big home with 3 bedrooms and space for the family. Home is a little dated, but very clean and well kept. For the price, size of the home, and all that it offers, this home is hard to beat. The owner Cheryl was easy to communicate with. I have no hesitation recommending this rental to anyine staying in the area. Way better than other comparably priced options.

Large comfy house

First thing is Cheryl is great at communicating! This an older home with charm including a sunken living room. Very large dining area and kitchen was well stocked! We cooked two big meals and didn’t need anything.

a wonderful property.

This is a very comfortable house in a great location. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. There are multiple spaces for a large family to spread out and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and as we often cook when we’re traveling, greatly appreciated The host made an effort to make sure we had everything weneeded. This is one of a number of properties managed and/or owned by the same group. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Rochester area.

pre-thanksgiving weekend

We finally had all our adult children come to town for a weekend and everyone couldn't fit in Grandma's house so we rented this house a couple miles away. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and convenient to Penfield and Fairport. Saw deer in the backyard on Saturday morning. Cheryl was timely with communications and check-in/check-out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises.
