Peaceful Getaway

My daughter and I wanted a quiet get away to spend some time together before she heads off to college in the Fall. We wanted a place with a great view and a long balcony . This condo gave us just that !! It has an incredible view . The building is very quiet and just what we needed . The owner is also very easily accessible should you have any problems

Great Spring Break vacation

This rental was exactly perfect for our family trip. Such a nice floor plan, roomy, well-stocked, comfy beds, marvelous view, easy walk to beach and ultra convenient location. Loved everything about it. Timely communication response from host. Will bookmark this one for future stay.

Great place with Amazing Views

This property is perfect. The owner has thought of everything including beach chairs and other items for your day at the beach which is literally just steps away. The kitchen is well equipped including spices (which I happily added to versus bringing home). Love the extra area for the bar! The beds are very comfortable and so is the furniture. Master bath is extremely spacious with a really nice shower. Huge balcony but, it doesn't get shade most of the day which we didn't want but, for those who do - wanted to point that out. The TV's are very nice with every channel possible but, we rarely turned on as we are at the beach! This was great for my family which included My husband and I, 2 older kids (17 & 19) and my Mom. The check-in was so easy (we even got in early) and the owner personally texted to make sure we were comfortable and needed everything. We will be back....hopefully often!

Annual beach trip

This was our first to Litchfield and we will be returning next year. Much quieter than Surf Side. The beach was clean with plenty of space to spread out. The condo was spacious with comfortable seating. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Local restaurants were very good but reservations are suggested.

Beautiful springtime beach break

Condo is gorgeously situated overlooking the Atlantic, with a lovely well equipped kitchen . Everything is comfortable and well maintained. It is a truly lovely place to get away, close to golf and excellent places to eat.

Penthouse with a view!!!

Thanksgiving weekend

The place was smaller than what we thought. The washing machine did not work. The master bathroom sink was clogged with black something,the bed was old with old pillows. The family room furniture you sunk right in. Other than that the view was great. We did call the owner and he came right over to check on things. He also said we could go to his other property to do wash,which was nice.

So glad to be back in Litchfield

My husband and I have been vacationing in Litchfield Beach since 1993. Covid plus life's twists and turns kept us away for 4 years. We found this lovely property on VRBO and were very pleased with our visit. The condo was well appointed, beautifully situated on the top floor with spectacular ocean views. Our host was responsive when we had questions and made us feel welcomed. We hope to be able to return next year.

Great family location

Spent the week with husband, daughter, son in law and 2 year old granddaughter. Location is excellent, quick elevator ride to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Supermarket 5 minutes away. Condo is spacious, clean and stocked well. Beds are comfortable and the showers are excellent. Only negative is that supplying one tea towel for a weeks stay is a little tight. Overall, lovely experience.

Fully Equipped Home away from Home

This condo provided all the amenities of home, and some extras including direct view and access to the ocean/beach, lots of pelicans and dolphins. It was fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and dishes, glassware and cutlery were in excellent condition. The condo was well kept, with clean carpeting and tile flooring throughout. The bathrooms had walk-in showers and lots of safety grab bars for seniors! There was plenty of seating in the living room, with a 65 inch tv, and swivel chairs for staring out at the ocean. One drawback -- while the master bedroom was large, bright, and opened onto the balcony, the other rooms were on the small side and very dark; the third bedroom had a queen bed? and a set of bunk beds making it extremely tight. We used that room as storage.

December trip

We would highly recommend this condo. It is comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony, master bedroom and living area. Pool and beach are just steps away. We also enjoyed the many walking paths in the quiet, well maintained gated community. Location is perfect. Grocery stores and many good restaurants are within a few minutes. Doug is a great host and we hope to stay again in the future.
