First this review is more a 3.5 but since we can’t do half stars, I rounded it up. First and foremost, the service in this hotel left a lot to be desired. The front desk clerk was short and gruff with everyone trying to check in. She barely said the minimum, got us checked in with no details and sent us on our way. The only reason we booked this particular hotel was because the app said it had an indoor pool. That is the ONLY reason. When we got to the hotel we saw the sign saying the pool was closed no explanation. The front desk clerk didn’t even bother telling us about the situation and offered no explanation. To say this was a huge disappointment would be understatement. We booked this hotel so we could enjoy the pool on our last time of vacation. Later we were trying to watch television, since we couldn’t swim, and the remote quit working. My husband went to the front desk to ask for new batteries. Instead the gruff clerk said something about the system, grabbed the remote and another remote and came down to our room. She tried to ‘fix’ the issue with little to no explanation. In the end she just gave us the new remote, which after a time quit working too. The rooms themselves were nice, well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable. No complaints there. The breakfast bar was about what you’d expect but it was well stocked. Overall this is a nice enough hotel but the service could definitely be improved.

Stayed here because it was one of three hotels in the area with the nicest pictures. Very clean, very comfortable, and relaxed stay. But a bit on the pricey side, I will definitely stay here again, if ever have to come this way again.

came in got a crazy rate called choice members only to find out her rate was not even in the ball park and they took a note on this i was told over a hundred dollars plus taxes after all this time went back in to find another girl at the front desk who did give me a real rate that was in the ball park as a choice member i do flag shady to jump rates like she would do and tv sucks small no channels and walls are paper thin not worth 100 bucks

We had a one night stay with late check in. We only stopped here because it was so close to the place we ate supper. What a pleasant experience. The room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, the staff was great, breakfast quick, hot and ready. There is not one thing I could fault about the facility. It was perfect for our needs and was above and beyond what we expected to find last minute.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It looks new and the check in was good. Diamond was very nice and called us after we checked in to see if all is ok. No one does that anymore in the hotel industry. We had a queen suite room w a pull out couch. The beds were so comfy and looked / felt high quality. The sheets were so white and looked very new. The pull out couch was also very new !! When we pulled out the bed, we didn't see any crumbs or dirt fall out like other hotels. Then the bed itself is soft and comfy .. like a real mattress. The fact that the sheets were so white shows it was washed and new condition. The room itself is also spacious. The breakfast was good but what impressed me the most was the guava orange passion fruit cocktail juice. Not the usual apple or orange. It tasted so good! Oh and another plus, TWO walfle makers with strawberry or original flavor. We liked the strawberry one. The chairs and tables look new and stylish. Oh the shower head was great! Water pressure was excellent. Overall a great hotel. I'd recommend.

My wife & some of the other ladies from our church stayed here while at a Ladies Retreat at Falls Creek. She said the front desk went out of their way, letting them leave luggage early & even taking it to their rooms when they came available. They made sure that nine ladies had extra towels & toiletries in all the rooms! Excellent beds, very clean & a very nice breakfast the next morning.

My husband and I recently stayed at this location on two separate nights. We were highly pleased with the cleanliness, quietness and location. A true lifesaver was the guest laundry service. The check-in was quick and both Amber and Diamond were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this location.

We were "road" weary from Houston and then spending the day in the area and checking in without any real plans; Amber was so very pleasant, helpful and quick! My Husband and I were expecting a nice room but what we got was far SUPERIOR than some of the fancier Hotels we have stayed in and paid much higher rates for! After we went to our room, Amber called in and asked us if we liked our room and asked if we needed anything, not something we are accustomed to. Because of Amber and her professionalism, we had a wonderful stay and end to a very good day!

Made a quick overnight stay. Breakfast was good too. Amber was very friendly, and made us feel right at home. Because of service like that we will be back, Extremely clean and never a few good places to eat. Right off the highway.

Diamond checked us in and was very pleasant and then called us within a few minutes to make sure our room was satisfactory. Well lite parking lot, just off I 35 next to several other hotels. Nice indoor pool, complimentary breakfast was nice. We had bacon, fresh fruit, B & G, scrambled eggs, anything you could want. We often stay at Hamptons and this was ever bit as nice and saved us $40.
