Fabulous home!

We had a great time on our corporate retreat at this home. It was perfect for what we needed and a great location for skiing. Marissa and Rebecca were great with communication and help me with any questions extremely fast. Thanks for everything and we hope to be back next year!!

Beautiful Home With Excellent Service

My family and I (eight of us) came to Deer Valley in March and we wanted a great house, with lots of space for us to spread out (we have four teenagers) and enjoy, and man this house did not disappoint. It is a wonderful home with top notch everything. On top of the home being magnificent, the managing team was excellent. Responsive, positive and incredibly helpful.

Incredible house!

This house was an incredible location for our family of 6 and an additional family of 5. It is a close drive to the snow park lodge at Deer Valley. The house is incredible and we felt like there was more than enough room for the two families. Most importantly, we were overly impressed by the responsiveness of Rebecca and the summit escapes team. We will definitely be back.

Great house in DV

This is a wonderful house in deer valley and perfect for a family. The owners have thought of literally everything you could ever anticipate by keeping the house well stocked with those little items you don’t know you need until you realize you need it. Example; we were using ship sticks to transport our golf clubs and didn’t remember we needed duck tape to affix the labels… walk into the garage and there is duck tape! We came home one day to a smoke detector beeping and before we knew it the owner had sent her son over to fix it. Small things that make a big difference. The only thing that might not meet expectations is that the house next door is under construction and likely will be for another 6-8 months. You don’t hear it from inside the house but it does impact your usage of the outdoor spaces during the day. The owner is very accommodating of this and even asked the construction team to not start work until 8 am during our recent week there. The highest compliment our family can pay for the owners and this house is to say that we will be back!

Beautiful

Beautiful property, beautiful location and perfect fit for two large families. House had every amenity to keep a 3 year old to 38 year olds entertained. Communication with property manager was beyond 5 Star - she was available to help when we needed, she was very quick at communicating and had the best recommendations.

Perfection!

We had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful home! The attention to details presented by the owners of this home are incomparable! As beautiful and perfect as this home was it is really the property manager Rebecca that made the entire experience incredible. If you are considering renting a home for your family, business, etc…this is “the one” and Rebecca is the best property manager ever!! We hope to come back to stay at this home again very soon! Thank you Rebecca for the wonderful hospitality!!

Beautiful Ski Home

This Deer Valley ski rental is amazing! A beautiful home with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, theater room, playing pool in the evenings, and the outdoor fire pit. It was very spacious….lots of room for my 3 teenagers to spread out. And Rebecca, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. I highly recommend this vacation property. I hope we can come back soon!

Great home!

This is a terrific house! Fantastic location which is very convenient to Deer Valley ski resort (5 minute drive) and downtown Park City restaurants and shopping. The home and finishes are very high quality. Our family of 11 had plenty of room and the game room and movie room downstairs make it great for kids/teens to have their own space. Rebecca the property manager was extremely helpful with pre-arrival information and getting us settled once we’d arrived. Will definitely come back.

Perfect Home to Relax Effortlessly

The property itself is kept in immaculate condition with all premium appliances and excellent/comfortable furniture. It was the perfect place for my friends and I to explore Park City from and spend time in to relax. The amenities were excellent. Rebecca was phenomenal in accomodating us. She was very attentive to all our questions. Communication and follow through were both excellent. We couldn't have asked for more.

Easy and Exceeded Expectations

The home was spacious and even better than advertised. Rebecca Astill, the property manager, was highly responsive on the few occasional adjustments that were required (nothing major). Would definitely stay in this home again. And, would look hard at any home managed by Rebecca. She and her team make a home better. Simply a great stay.

Fantastic home with superb amenties

Rebecca, the property manager, was a treat to work with, and helped us out before our arrival with a bunch of questions and requests. The house is almost brand new and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed - and more. The kids (and adults) has a blast in the theatre room, and the hot tub was relaxing after a long day skiing. Speaking of skiing, the house is a quick hop away to either Deer Valley or Park City, and the neighbourhood itself is great to walk around in if you still have energy after a day on the mountain. We'd love to come back!

Great House, Great Location, Great Property Manager

House was perfect for our group. Favorite hang out spots were Home Theater and Yoga room. For those of us that didn't ski as much we had plenty of exercise we could do and the sauna was great. Hot tub was private and well kept. Property manager sent information before our stay to help with ski rental, grocery delivery and more and was available before and during our stay. Always very prompt to respond to questions. Close to the resort it was the perfect house. We look forward to coming back again next season.

Incredible Deer Valley Home

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home! It’s even bigger and better in real life than in the pictures. Very open, high ceilings, everything brand new. Has every high tech amenity throughout the home and a well stocked kitchen. The owner/property manager even purchased us a crock pot when we realized it didn’t have one! The downstairs game room with ping pong, pool, bar area and TV is amazing. The movie theatre is the highlight of the home and our family watched movies in there every evening. It truly feels like a Cinépolis theatre! Very special. The yoga/exercise room is also a wonderful feature. The home is only about 5 min to the ski resort and downtown PC - very easy to get everywhere. It also has a huge mud room which was of huge benefit for a large group with ski equipment for three families. The customer service by Rebecca, the property manager, was top notch. She checked on us frequently, made sure we had everything we needed, made excellent suggestions for activities, helped us find a chef, etc etc. She was wonderful. The owners also greeted us with wine! Fabulous home for multiple families! We will be back!

Great Location- Skied Deer Valley- Great Management

I usually Ski the other resort but Tried Deer Valley this year. This is a great house with a yoga room, sauna and home theater. I loved the yoga room for after skiing and the kids loved the theater and ping pong. The location was perfect. Nice and private, close to the resort and the house was large and very accommodating. The hot tub is in the back yard under a covered deck so even when it's snowing we were able to enjoy sitting in the hot tub with out getting snowed on. My favorite was the fire pit on the main deck. I love to sit outside by a fire and enjoy the snow. The place was perfect for my family. Looking forward to coming back with another couple for an adult trip.
