We had a nice stay. The hotel is small but that’s Paris. There is lots of construction on the street and they start making noise very early…like 6:35 am one morning…..we would love a small shelve to put our toiletries in the bathroom, right now there is no option for that. The location is perfect…easy walk to any where, lots of restaurants around….the metro is right there…overall good stay….

The location of this place is amazing! Room is reasonable sized for Parisian hotel. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The main problem I had were issues of the upkeep of the facility… i.e. broken power socket and walk corner stick… I did report but no repair on time… The minor issues are like Chouchou bar across the street can be loud after midnight if you have street room… Overall above average place but still need improvement.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location, close to Galeries Lafayette and Opera Garnier. The room was small as expected but the bed was a great size and very comfortable! The bathroom was small too but with a lively size shower. Couldn’t recommend this place more! I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on that but there are plenty of breakfasts options nearby. The reception staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

I would’ve loved to have given an overall better rating for this property but there were a few things that let it down. Some areas definitely need renovating, eg carpets in corridors looking a bit dirty/tired, also pattern on them a bit crazy safety wise! The lift was the smallest I’d ever come across to the extent that it was ridiculous. The room was pretty small but that didn’t bother us as we only stayed for one night. The bathroom was the tiniest I’d ever had in a hotel my whole life. It was ok, cleanliness wise but I felt so claustrophobic and my daughter couldn’t even bear to shower ! These negative points were counterbalanced a bit by the convenient location being just a 2 minute walk from Galleries Lafayette and so many shops/eateries. Transport links here were also good. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and a major plus was the limitless free water and coffee in the reception. Breakfast was ok, and glad to see some gluten free things. It was very basic though but couldn’t complain as wasn’t much extra for us and the coffee was great! Overall, not bad at all if you don’t mind tiny rooms!

We were booked elsewhere in an area that felt unsafe for 2 girls to be walking around alone. We booked this hotel for the same day arrival and was very happy with the service, rooms and area! Its in the perfect location walking distance to so many restaurants. Room was small BUT so comfortable! Its was perfect for us. Beds were unbelievably soft and we slept like babies! Staff were pleasant and helpful. We loved our stay, thank you so much!
