¡Hemos tenido un mini estiramiento facial y no tenemos miedo de decírtelo! LOL Hemos reelaborado el condominio y es más acogedor y acogedor que nunca ... ahora, la playa REALMENTE está llamando. Es hora de escaparse y escapar de la realidad por un par de días. ¡Ven y quédate un rato y disfruta de las playas de arena blanca y aguas cristalinas de Panama City Beach! Relájese en este acogedor condominio de 1 dormitorio y 1. 5 baños en el segundo piso de Horizon South en el lado oeste de la ciudad de Panamá. Ya sea para un fin de semana largo, unas vacaciones de una semana o si desea quedarse unos meses, tendrá mucho que hacer en el lugar, al otro lado de la calle en la playa o un corto paseo hasta Pier Park. Este encantador condominio tiene capacidad para 6 personas, ideal para parejas o una familia pequeña. Disfrute del dormitorio principal con una cama king size con combinación de baño / ducha principal. Las literas para los más pequeños están en el pasillo, además de un nuevo sofá cama queen en el estudio. Disfrute comiendo en la cocina actualizada con gabinetes nuevos, encimeras de granito, placa para salpicaduras de azulejos, microondas, estufa / horno, refrigerador grande y lavaplatos. Wonderful place!

Nice getaway

The condo was nice and made due for what we needed. The only issues we had were the curtains in the main bedroom are very sheer so a lot of light came in at night so we had to put blankets over the window to black them out. Also the main bedroom does not get any air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan and 2 standing fans to help with that but the room being cooler would have helped us sleep better. Other than that we would consider staying here again in the future.

Amazing location

We had a blast staying at this condo, everything was clean and well managed. If I had a question, Kim was very quick to respond or offer help. We loved the location and the easy access to the beach. The resort was nice and we really enjoyed that the condo overlooked the pool so we could keep an eye on the kiddos if they were down there with their grandma!

We enjoyed our time here. This is the less busier end of the beach so it is a little more quiet. The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for cooking our own meals. It was nicely decorated. Would stay here again.

Year number two just as awesome!

This was mine and my spouse 2nd year staying and as always, as great as the 1st year. Property was clean. Could walk to the beach. Security. And plenty of extras on site ie tennis , swimming pools , tennis courts, and gym. I recommend to absolutely anybody to include a family. It sleeps up to 6. Very minimal complaints but also a part of it, the neighbors upstairs was in fact a herd of elephants. It was constant back and forth but kids , right? The drains ran a little slower draining this time but again maintenance and stuff happens. Speaking with the property manager has always been a breeze. She has even worked with me on rescheduling after a family emergency came up. We will be back next year. Definitely are only chosen spot to stay!

Our stay was amazing about 5 mins from the beach and it was super peaceful, Kim was amazing with answering all the questions one thing I will say is you do need to get the bracelets to use the amenities because the security guards drop by the pools and amenities to check and make sure you get you’re parking pass or they will leave you a note on the vehicle overall we will be back to this beautiful place

Was amazing !

Absolutely loved the condo. Was clean. Spacious. Everything we needed inside to include towels, dishes, soaps, beach chairs , to having access to pools, fitness center, 10 min tops from everything, and could walk to the beach with out having to fight parking. I will be booking again next year for a week long instead of a weekend. The host messaged me back within minutes with answers to my questions, even though I over read them (which is my own fault) but she was kind, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend! Will be booking again. Thank you so much for the peaceful getaway!

Nice unit, nice property manager.

The condo is in great shape. The master bed is somewhat weird, as you feel like you’re sleeping on a decline. We just slept at the opposite end of the bed. We didn’t buy the bracelets as we were only there for a day and a half, and our time was spent at another property with friends who didn’t have to pay for bracelets to be there. Honestly, the whole “pay for bracelets to be on property” is a scam, and will deter me from staying at this property, or similar, in the future. As the bracelet policy is more of a condo association, and not that if the owner or property manager, I’ve not considered this in the rating of the property, which I felt was better than expected.

Beach trip for baseball

Our baseball team rented multiple units in Horizon South while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The location to the park and other establishments was perfect. The complex offered a lot of amenities to entertain everyone in our downtime. The unit was clean and very conveniently located to the pool!! The walk to the beach was not difficult (just right across the street). We had all we needed for a week long stay. The owner was also very responsive and thorough in all communication. We would definitely reach out to stay in this unit again.

The condo itself was in a nice location and it was only a short walk to the beach. Side note the beach is much nicer than the beaches in the busier areas. Panama City is really stretched out and the condo is located in a section that doesn’t have a lot of shops or restaurants. I highly recommend getting a rental car if you are staying at this property.The property is supposed to be in a gated community but one of the gates is missing at one end of the property and on the other end of the property you don’t have to enter a code to enter but you have to enter a code to leave. Made no sense! You also have to get armbands for each person (that cost $20 each) and there is no getting around this because you have to go to the same place to get a parking pass. We never even put these on and no one ever said anything or even looked. Inside the condo: Everything was nice and there were plenty of dishes and pans to cook. We did have to buy a bag of ice because the ice machine is extremely slow and it looked like they empty the bin. There are no spices except for salt and pepper so bring your own or be prepared to buy them. We barely had enough toilet paper and paper towels. Like we used the last bit of each the morning that we left. I even messaged the owner and she had us look in the supply closet but there was none. This was kind of frustrating. The bedroom was pretty warm even with an extra fan and ceiling fan. Overall it was good but I’d probably stay somewhere different next time

Great little get away

The property owner was very responsive with contact. Which was great. Gave step by step direction for just about everything. My mark downs were for the on site manager. We had no interest in using the pool or other facilities. But was still forced to pay the $20 for arm bands. They acted as if access was completely restricted without them. Only to have gates left open and never had to show the bands when we were seen on property. The apartment was great! Clean and had a few things left by other guest that made our shopping trip lighter which was nice as we were on a motorcycle. Beach access was right across the street and a restaurant on the corner that serves breakfast through dinner. Not a lot of noise and plenty of games and some books to use in your downtime. Very thought out apartment. Close to most everything.
