The condo was perfect. In other reviews I read that the elevator wait time were long, we did not experience that. We enjoyed our stay. The views were spectacular.

We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for better weather. Espically with the full strawberry moon! Everything was as descriped in the listing and we will recommend this unit to anyone looking in the PC area and wanting beautiful gulf views.

The condo was wonderful. It was clean & all your must haves were provided. The host was very responsive when we had questions. I only wish the chairs on the beach were included in the stay. They have chairs they provide but one was broken & it’s a pain bringing them up & down with how slow the elevators are. Overall very pleased & would stay again.

Check in and out was easy and host responded quick with any question. The unit was clean and well stocked. Was surprised to find beach chairs and an umbrella which were used and appropriated.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here September 2025 for our 37th Anniversary and everything was nice and clean. We had all that was needed and had a great time!!

Creating memories that will last forever

This was my family’s first time staying at Tidewater. The experience was amazing the staff was very friendly and resourceful when needed. Our family absolutely loved the nice big balcony and view. The room was immaculate. I loved the decor and neutral colors. We all wished we could’ve stayed longer. We will back very soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful and clean condo ! The bed was hard but the place was immaculate. Both toilets were not flushing but the came and fixed right away.

Condo it’s self was perfect

The condo was beautiful and clean.The building was clean and quiet.The elevators were slow. But I think part of the was due to unsupervised children thinking it was funny to push every button on the elevator.My suggestion would be go when children are in school.

The condo was very well stocked, clean and a great view. Those were the positivesThe dish washer didn't work for the first 8 days and the mgt company couldn't reach the owner to get approval for a new one. Finally the mgt company took it upon themselves to get a new one after 8 days without the owner approval.5 of 7 elevators were down for a week. This was miserable. The wait time was crazy. 1 of them was down when we arrived and still down when we left. Only 1 elevator in the parking garage worked the entire month.

They had small rugs at all 3 sinks and they were disgusting (dirty and old). They needed to be thrown away. It really gave me an uneasy feeling about how many people walked on them and what fluids were on them. Lots of bacteria!! I felt better when I removed them from my sight. The dehumidifier was full and I think if the owner wants it emptied there needs to be instructions in the condo for its care. We didn't do anything to it. Shower and curtain was all covered with mold. They needed to be cleaned. I did spray down the shower with bathroom cleaner. I will always take a can of Lysol with me from now on. Beach and location was great and otherwise a nice place to stay. Thanks Nancy Johnson
