Great house and great location!

Our family of 8 stayed for a week and loved it. The house is set up really well for kids and adults. It’s close to the pool and not far from the beach. We had everything we needed!

Amazing House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the McKenzie Cottage. The location was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the square in front of the house, as well as the covered parking. The house layout was also ideal for our family and offered community areas and quiet areas. We slept amazingly well on the beds as well!

Tennis Tourney Girls Trip

Location was key we were able to ride the bikes or walk to anywhere we to! Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the entire space was Immaculate. The icemaker in the laundry room was a very nice addition to our trip We will definitely be staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosemary although I would caution anyone that enters the Rosemary Security office is not very kind. If you run into problems with them, they will do nothing to support you and do the right thing. That is what I discovered at my time in Rosemary. Very aggressive and rough around the edges. They are not very welcoming and kind to guest of Rosemary Beach. I believe the whole department needs to be schooled on kindness and graciousness to its guest…. Anything, but Professional.

Amazing!

Our family of 5 could not have been more please with our stay. The house had plenty of room for our family and the location was perfect. Other than 2 trips to Publix for groceries, we never had to get in our car. Everything that Rosemary Beach has to offer is just a short walk or bicycle ride away. The property management company was very responsive to all of our questions. We will be back for sure!

Perfect Place

This house was absolutely perfect! We loved the layout, location, and amenities, not to mention it was sparkling clean! The couch was super comfortable and the additional ice maker was a plus! I highly recommend this house, you won’t regret it!

This is a beautiful house which I highly recommend to anyone. It’s clean, pretty and the beds were very comfy. A couple of suggestions I’d like to make to make it even better. Please supply more cleaning products. With the nightly rate as high as it is, some Mrs Meyers spray and a packet of dish clothes wouldn’t break the bank and would have made it much easier for us to clean up after meal prep. Quite a few things were broken. Toilet roll holder, a drawer pull, a blocked sink. My husband fixed them all for you. Please clean the back deck. It’s filthy. We arrived and there was cigarette ash, beer cans and an iron bar that had been used for shotgunning the beer. Kinda tacky. The downstairs bedroom AC doesn’t work. Ironic when you made us keep the house at 72 all week. Future guests please note. If you stay in the summer, you will not be able to have your windows open. This is not allowed. If you turn your AC up so it’s not a frigid 71 then someone somewhere keeps turning it back down. We totally understand need for a running AC, keeping doors and windows closed and keeping the humidity down in the house - but it does not need to be this cold to achieve that. I think people who prefer a warmer house temp should be warned that they will not be able to do this. If you want guests to put trash out on the Thurs then you need to supply more trash bags. There were none for the remainder of our trip. 7 coffee filters is not enough and added to the feeling that the home was being a little tight fisted on supplies. All easy fixes and would make this home perfect.

Nice house in heart of Rosemary

Enjoyed our stay at the cottage - the green outside the house was a nice place to throw a football with the kids. Easy walk or bike ride to beach or other spots in Rosemary. Very easy to deal with the rental company - one of our bikes was taken and they replaced it without incident. Thanks for a great time!

Great family vacation spot

We had a great stay here with the family while I played in a tennis tournament at the Rosemary Racquet Club. It was walking distance to the courts, beach, and pools. The house was generally clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to book this house again next time.

Wonderful, clean house!

Our stay was perfect! The house was super clean and all the beds were SO comfortable! The only thing I would recommend is installing another unit for the downstairs bedroom; it is super hot in there. Other than that, the house was immaculate. Thank you so much!

Lovely home,

Enjoyed the home. Quite neighborhood. Close to everything. We would rent again. Would suggest some window treatments on stairwell windows so light from neighbors doesn’t interfere with sleeping upstairs.
