This ocean views Panama City Beach vacation rental at the beachfront Summit Beach Resort. Couples will love this one-bedroom condo featuring a balcony hovering over a white-sand beach and access to three pools (one of which is heated seasonally), shuffleboard, tennis, and a game room.  Enjoy the seasonal beach chairs included in this rental!! The living room is the perfect place to plan out your relaxing day over a homemade breakfast made in the kitchen. The king-size bed is exactly where you'll want to rest up after working hard on your tan. There's also a sofa bed, so up to four guests can comfortably stay here. This condo includes a washer and dryer. And those ocean views are divine!

The property has many amenities, you'll find shuffleboard and tennis for a little friendly competition. Cool off in one of the pools if the sun gets to be too much. Pineapple Willy's is just down the road  if you're looking to indulge in some BBQ.
After admiring the beach from your balcony, you'll be glad to sink your feet into the sand. Relax as long as you like on the gulf shore or take a charter fishing boat for a chance at marlin!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice. It was convenient on the bottom floor but you don't get the great ocean views. Awesome kitchen! Comfy bed

The room was okay. The room could be nice with some much needed repairs/upgrades. Several of the outlets didn’t work, the mattresses need to be replaced, the toilets are all loose, and the hallway shower leaked. The first floor location was very convenient with kids & the refrigerator is super nice.

Spring break 2022

My children and I stayed April 9-16, 2022. The front door lock/key code is a little wonky and hard to use, but simple no check-in process. The front room was listed as a full & twin. It was 2 twins. One bed the frame was missing a piece so we fell through it several times onto the floor. The other bed covered the doorway, making the door unable to close, and most outlets didn’t work. The hallway bathroom was pretty, but the shower faucet is impossible to adjust the temp correctly as it’s put on backwards and upside down. Toilet is a rocking chair. Kitchen is ok, but needs a toaster. Master bedroom dresser drawers are all broken, bathroom shower curtain rod fell on me 3x my first shower (they came and fixed), toilet is a rocking chair and sink faucet is broken & coming off sink. The king size bed is not comfortable having 2 pancake flat tiny pillows. Livingroom, outlets don’t work. The big back slider door is 100% inoperable. Had I know this, I wouldn’t have rented. Thank goodness there was a side door we could use, as the big door cannot he used until it’s replaced in the fall. Maintenance told us all doors/windows are being replaced this fall. The recliner chair also doesn’t work. We love the location and the size of the room. Front first look, it looks great. Functionality is a bit off…..the room def needs some attention. I would stay there again if these things were fixed. I’ve noticed for the last year people are complaining of the same issues, so I doubt they have plans of fixing, as they’re still renting and bringing in the money.

It’s a dump

It was in such bad shape. The patio door was almost impossible to push to get open and out. The patio was so filthy your feet stuck to it. The toilets shook every time you tried to sit down and got and get up. The owners said it was renovated that’s a joke it might be new things but they did not put one single thing in their right. Master bath had no electrical outlets!!! The recliner was completely broken arms on both side hard to set in one of the chairs fell apart while my 80-year-old mother-in-law was sitting in it!For the price of this property it should’ve been in much better shape. The complexIs very old and run down. It was very disappointing for our vacation and family that we brought.
