Summer Family Vacay

Communication with property manager was great with texts as soon as a few weeks before the reservation. Condo was as described with beautiful views of the beach, ocean and the main strip. Very clean. Would definitely recommend!

We were a little concerned, coming right after hurricane DEBBIE. However, it was great, No signs of DEBBIE left behind. Weather during our stay couldn't have been better. The room was in very good condition and updated, very nicely. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Dale P

Very Nice Room overall

Overall the stay in October 2023 was very nice. The only real complaint we have is that there were no blinds or shades in the Den area. When the sun reflected into the room off the water or was directly shining into the room it was blinding to some degree. Since the room was on the West side of the building the issue happened about 5:30PM or so. This made it difficult to watch tv in the Den. Maybe for some this is not an issue, but I think it is good to know about before you book the room. However, the room was very nice and we were happy to have such a very nice room to stay in on our vacation.

Great beach condo for 7 people.

This condo was exactly the right fit for our family vacation of 4 adults & 3 children ages 11-16. The. 3 bedroom 3 bath was perfect. Our only complaint is the cooking utensils. They were old & need to be updated. The condo sleeps 7. Therefore, the cookware & baking dishes should be large enough to cook for 7. There were no measuring utensils so we had to do some guesswork on measuring. The Mr Coffee pot is old & the filter part didn’t fit. However, even with these issues, the condo was very nice & comfortable.

Best Stay Ever!!!!

This unit was literally PERFECT. Loved everything from the bedrooms to the wrap around balcony. Plenty of room for a group or family. Everything was there for a fully operational kitchen including dishwasher and beach chairs were also provided. Overall best place we've EVER stayed in PCB and we've been coming for 30 yrs.

Perfect location on PCB. Can walk to many restaurants and bars. Beautiful beach area and pools. Property well maintained. Easy parking in garage. Would revisit for sure!

So much space!

We booked this property for the sleeping arrangements and they couldn't have been better! The condo had planty of space for our group of 7. It was very clean and the beach closet stuffed full of fun. The kids loved that part! The patio furniture could use some updating, but overall we were pleased. Unlike other condos we've booked there were absolutely no extras... no toilet paper, soaps, trash bags, anything....we're used to a roll with plans to buy it when we get there. After 12 hours in the car everyone needs to pee! Lol... keep your essentials in the front of your supplies and you'll be golden! Overall excellent stay!

Amazing View… Good location

The best features were the view and the location. You can see forever from the panoramic balcony and windows. It is also super close to many restaurants and shopping. As far as the negatives… The A/C doesn’t get cold enough at night. We were sweating while we slept. That wasn’t the case in the living rm and the guest bedrm w/ bath. Those rooms stayed cold. The Master bedrm suite and the bedrm with the bunk beds would not cool well. As far as cleanliness, it was ok… the floors were pretty nasty with sand, dirt & dust when we arrived. One of the first things we did was get what we needed to sweep and mop so you could walk around barefooted with out all that dirt sticking to our feet & turning them black. The last thing was the elevators… The halls, waiting areas and elevators were FRIGGIN’ HOT with No airflow at all. Other than those three things.. The condo was nice, the weather/beach were awesome, the view was AMAZING and the location was really good.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay very much, the unit was clean, the view is gorgeous, and there was plenty of room for our large family. The security guards that do rounds at the pool and garage etc, are all extremely friendly and make you feel safe and comfortable. Beach access is perfect, there’s a very short walk, maybe 5 mins, to Starbucks, gift shops, restaurants, and a small convenience store. I would definitely stay at this location again. We go to PCB every year for Spring and Fall break and the whole family agreed that this was definitely one of our favorite spots.

Beautiful view of the Gulf

We enjoyed our stay. The condo provided a beautiful view of the Gulf. It’s conveniently located near many restaurants and Pier Park. The only opportunity I saw the Condo needed was more up to date kitchen utensils and cookery. Otherwise, it was perfect for us.

Unit needs updated and a deep cleaning

Unit is great size. Needs new updated furniture in the bedrooms. The patio furniture is very old and rusty. The microwave over the stove needs replaced it’s so dirty you can’t get it clean. The cleaning crew needs to replace burned out light bulbs in bathrooms. They need to clean stove top. If they are so busy during peak season then they should plan on hiring more staff. Other than that we had a great time at the beach.

Great vacation

We had a great time at Sunrise. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and the wrap around porch is phenomenal. We felt safe at the condo with the security guards who were friendly but always made sure that we were supposed to be there. The beach access was through the parking garage which would have concerned me if I had small children (which we don’t) but the pool on the 5th floor had great views of the beach. It was also very convenient to be able to walk to 3 great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again.
