The condo itself was okay, there are some things I would add that would make it better. Two hooks for towels total only in half bath. The door to the full bath is so loud and difficult to open/shut. The light for full bath turns on by the sink and is the same for the bathroom making it bright in the middle of the night. Wish there were separate lights.
Lack of communication was my issue. I had to reach out to make sure we were still on the week of our vacation as I had heard nothing. Was told to text or call and let them know if I wanted to use the same credit card, which I did and got no response. Still worried I called, was told they were not by their computer and would call me back. Three days later still nothing. Finally took payment three days prior to arrival. Could not figure the TV out, Roku, which we are not familiar with. Sent a text asking about it and no response. On Easter the drain backed up. Back to back showers, dirty water to our shins. I texted Easter, no response, I get it holiday. Called on Monday and was told they put in a ticket never letting us know. Tuesday nothing I called again, no answer and no return call. I finally had to call VRBO to address it on a three way call. Was told it should have been fixed, agree but she never called to follow up. Sent two text messages asking what we needed to do for check out, again no response. We normally get an email letting us know our responsibilities.
