Great location! The house was a great set up for two families of four plus the grandparents. There was plenty of seating at the kitchen table and in the living room for all of us.

Great property and location!

This was the perfect location and home size for our group of nine. The home is very close to the beach. The home itself is very spacious and has a bathroom per every bedroom which is nice. The kitchen is very well equipped and the home was clean. Overall it was great, there were a few spots that needed tending to, such as, some dirty spots on the couch which the management company sent someone out immediately to clean. We were impressed with the communication and quick response of the management.

Family trip

Fantastic location! Can walk/ride bikes everywhere Great beach set up Very comfortable house with plenty of room. No beach towels available. Very poor internet which was a big problem for us as we had people working and kids taking online classes

Good time

The properties location in second to none and the whole 30a experience is top notch. As far as the property it is a super nice house very clean. The only thing that I would say negative is that is very expensive house and needs some attention. ie the floor tiles coming up. There was can light just hanging in the living room and a number of wall touch ups to take care of and the couch is stained from everyday use and needs replaced. Nothing serious but when you pay for top notch you expect top notch. None of that took from the memories and a great week.

Needs TLC, love this neighborhood

We’ve stayed at a few properties in Waters Edge, this one was nice, but you could tell the heavy wear & tear of a high volume rental that was significantly more than other homes we’ve stayed in this neighborhood. Few examples: - chunks of missing paint in the main room on the walls - multiple detached wood floorboards, so much so that we had to cover with towels or other things to ensure our young children didn’t cut a foot or toe stepping on them - the pool was missing tiles and was dirty / out of chemicals (we had to call and have the chemicals added to use which we did & they did address right away) - we found boxers in one of the beds - extremely stained, pilled & worn main room couch - one of the beds was made without a top sheet - the furniture on the top floor was cracked & warped - the 2nd master had a sink that wouldn’t drain & black mold in the shower We reported all of these immediately, with pictures, to the management company who was responsive to ask to submit tickets. To avoid having a floor repair man, a painter, a plumber, a pool repair man and linens company coming in & out disrupting our vacation with multiple small children & nap times to juggle, we decided to deal with the issues with the request that they address for future visitors. I hope they do. The mgmt company is very responsive & the private beach access with such small crowds can’t be beat. Linens were very clean. Tough state of house esp for the beginning of high season.

Fabulous location

We were in town for a wedding and the house was the perfect size and location. The only downside was difficulty getting in and out of the gates when our code no longer worked.

Perfect location

A great spot near the beach and restaurants. Easy to navigate by bike or walking. No need for a car. Property management was easy to work with.

Perfect!

Great house, great location! We love Waters Edge and try to stay at this location whenever possible. We’ve stayed at this house several times and it never disappoints. The house is perfect for our family of of 10- everyone has their own personal space and the common areas are large enough to accommodate all of us. The management company is quick to reply and react positively to problems/issues that may come up.

Wonderful home in Rosemary Beach

Our family of 11 people stayed at this wonderful home. The home is beautiful, extremely clean and very well appointed. The size was perfect for a large group. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is really nice. The bedrooms are all a nice size. The beds are also very comfortable. There is great seating in the family/TV room - enough for a large group. The back patio and pool are very nice. The location is perfect - just a very very short walk to a beautiful beach with perfect sand. Also just a short 2 block walk to downtown Rosemary Beach with shops and restaurants. Only 25 minutes from the Panama City Beach airport. You could also walk to Allys Beach - 5 minute walk. It was a quick easy drive to the other areas also - Secrest Beach, Elden Park, etc.... My only suggestion/request to the owners/property managers would be --- it would be really nice if they could provide beach towels and beach chairs for the renters. We flew in from out of state and were not able to pack/bring them along. This would be a super nice thing to provide for your guest. Overall - I would highly recommend this home and area for a vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach trip

The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The grandkids enjoyed the short walk to the beach and swimming in the pool at night. The house was clean and owners were great to work with. Will definitely rent again

Awesome house!

We had an excellent time at Dune Alright. The house was very clean, well stocked, and awesome location. It accommodate 6 kids and 6 adults Perfectly. We could easily walk to many restaurants including Rosemary Beach Main Street which is our fav. The boardwalk to the beach was just out the back gate and just a couple minutes to the private beach. The pool was nicely heated and we spent so much time swimming. Great communication from the owner and from De. We would definitely stay here again!

A+ rental! Highly recommend Dune Alright

Our group of 3 families rented Dune Alright for a week in April 2021. This place exceeded our expectations in almost every way! It is a gorgeous house with high quality furnishings, has plenty of space for everyone, and is in a spectacular location in Seacrest Beach, steps away from Rosemary. We loved the heated pool, the TV room on the third floor for the kids, and the well-equipped and spacious kitchen. The private beach is beautiful and has powdery white sand that squeaks when you walk on it. We utilized the chair rental company (La Dolce Vita) to add more chair setups for our group, and also had them set up a nighttime bonfire to make s'mores and watch the sun set. Overall a spectacular vacation, great communication from the property managers, and worth every penny. We would love to go back!
