The property was nice. It was an extremely busy week for us to stay. There were a few items which needed attention, but were taken care of before we left. It would have been nice to have had all codes and information of the property upon arrival. Had to figure a lot out on our own regarding codes for gates, beach access and how to gain access

Perfect Vacation

Fabulous house! Extremely nice and clean. Great location to shops and restaurants. Right across the street from the tram stop to take you to the beach. Will definitely be staying here again.

Spring Break

Grace’s getaway was perfect for our family. All four king size bedrooms were extremely comfortable and clean. We spent hours in the private heated swimming pool. Everything is a short bike ride away.

Fantastic house and location!

Grace’s Cottage was perfect and we enjoyed the private pool and bikes. The tram stop is steps from the front door...but the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all! The property manager was amazing and answered all questions immediately! I will stay here again for sure!

Amazing House & Location

Great house with nice amenities, responsive management and perfect location. Easy walk to Peddler's Pavilion and Rosemary Beach shopping and dining. Great house for entertaining and relaxing. Check it out!

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and clean. It was close to everything, including the community pool and the beach. The crowds were insane but it was spring break week so nothing you can do about that! We would absolutely stay again!

Family Fit

Grace’s get away was perfect for our family. King size beds throughout was great for our 7, 18, and 20 year old boys. They loved the independence and overall property setup. The location was excellent and convenient to everything. We had a few hiccups at checkin but all got sorted out quickly and the owner was exceptionally generous. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Great family vacation home

We’ve stayed many years at Rosemary Beach, didn’t know homes in Seacrest just next door have so much to offer. Great vacation community, fantastic pool, super close to beach. Kids can be totally on their own with pool, beach, bikes, trails, green space for games. Graces Getaway is a very nice home with beach ambiance. Well maintained, has all you need in kitchen etc, comfortable for 8.

Family Beach Vacation

Our family of 4 adults and 4 teens really enjoyed our stay in Seacrest Beach. The house was a perfect fit for our group, well equipped and the location couldn’t be beat. Very close to shops and restaurants / “town square”. Getting to the community pool and beach access were easy and walkable, though a tram was available. We really enjoyed having the bikes at the house as well. Highly recommend!

Relaxing get away

Beautifully decorated house, well stocked kitchen and surprisingly well sized pool. We came to escape Covid 19...probably not the place to come with over crowded beaches and people everywhere, however the house offered a perfect place to cook meals, swim, play games and enjoy being together. Highly recommend and hope to come back when things are back to normal!

Summer Vacation

All was good. We really enjoyed the pool and bicycles! We also rented a golf cart to ride throughout the neighborhood! Lots of fun! Suggestion... Have the property treated more often for palmettos.

The perfect place!

The house was perfect! When we got there the temps got down to the low 30’s but the little pool was heated (for a nominal fee) and we were still able to enjoy it. The location was great and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils and new appliances. The only downside had nothing to do with the house and everything to do with Spring Break and the limited space available sand on Rosemary Beach. Not enough space for general beach go’ers and lots of open (and unavailable) private sand we couldn’t use. But other than that, we will definitely recommend this place to others and will stay here again! Just probably another time of the year. Thanks for everything!

Great location in Seacrest neighborhood. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The home is nice and spacious and has nice appliances. The home needs a thorough deep cleaning. The light fixtures and door frames were visibly dirty. Every bed had hair in/on it. The replacement bed linens had hair on them. Most of the pillows were stained and dingy/dirty looking. It was a very uncomfortable stay. We ended up having to wash most of the bedding that we used ourselves in order to use it. The living room furniture needs to be cleaned. The pool was not heated and we could not get it to heat up while there. It was also full of debris from the trees and the net provided was useless when trying to clean it out. Two of the bikes were damaged when we arrived and not useable during our stay. We ended up having a nice stay after doing a little work to make things comfortable but you shouldn’t have to do work to make a vacation rental acceptable.
