Sea Blessings is a stunning home with four bedrooms and four baths accommodating up to eleven. Professionally decorated and grand by all accounts, the beautiful finishes and elegant touches in this luxurious home invite you in for a unique experience. A lovely front porch welcomes you with plentiful seating around a gas fire pit, the perfect spot for sharing the day’s adventures. Plush furniture awaits in the living room with seating for all to convene for a movie on the large, built-in flat-screen TV. Gather around the extended dining table or at the breakfast bar for meals and snacks. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of sunshine and filtered light, quietly encouraging the outdoors inside. The fully appointed kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, affords plenty of counter and cabinet space and a Keurig coffee pot for your morning brew!



The first floor showcases a master bedroom with a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom and a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. Two additional master suites, beautifully decorated, spacious, and with king-sized beds, await on the second floor. Extra seating, wall-mounted TV(s), en suite bathroom(s), and a private balcony are just a few of the features you’ll find here. Enjoy incredible views from the private balcony on the third floor, which also houses a custom-built bunk room accommodating four, and an additional bathroom. House looks a lot better in photos, it needs a little bit of maintenance done and a lot of cleaning, floors were super dusty, definitely they weren’t cleaned before our stay. We only notice this because we sat on the floor to open gifts. Over all a good stay but photos are a little misleading

Great location!

Great layout and floorplan! Very quiet section of Seacrest neighborhood but easy walk to the "horseshoe" area where the shops and restaurants are. Super close to the E4 tram stop! Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Kitchen needs wine glasses and the house needs a full length mirror but otherwise was well stocked and well equipped.

This is a lovely home and a good location to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Our family had a great time on our trip to Florida staying here. We did have a few issues that could be easily fixed by management. We were unable to use the grill because the grates are rusted and had bird droppings on them. The washing machine only used extremely hot water no matter what setting you had it set at. Unfortunately we learned that after shrinking some items. All of the pans had the coating coming off so we had to go out and buy a pan to use for the week. Other than that we would recommend this location.

Great neighborhood community

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The the community was a great place to ride bikes and there was so much to do. The beach was very overcrowded because there wasn’t enough space once the chair rental company set up. It was difficult to watch the kids because of the lack of space. The rental property was great, but the beach was way too crowded for us.

Poor value given other vacation choices

Prices are very high for quality of experience in Seacrest and candidly the beach has become insufferable with the beach rental companies taking up ALL of the sand. Pool also won’t allow balls, and makes kids get out for 10 min every hour which created annoyance for the parents. Also an extremely crowded place conpared to 8 years ago when we started going to the area. So an “F” for 30A/Seacrest for our family and the other one that went with us. We’ll move on to somewhere else next summer. The house itself was cramped, but clean. We asked for propane to be refilled (it was empty upon arrival) but the call center wasn’t friendly, and no one ever showed up to refill it. Overall, between tram line, customer service, and even the shops and pool it felt like an attitude of “you are lucky to be here Don’t ask for anything”. Can’t recommend 30A in 2022 anymore.
