Great Location

Check in process was easy and great communication throughout stay. Only minor issue, bunk beds shown in photos are much shorter ( not twin size) and our 13 year could not fit. Bikes were fun to have and overall wonderful place.

Condo is gorgeous. Great location. Kitchen could have been furnished a little better. No storage containers. No salt or pepper. Check in was cumbersome. Link sent the day of did not work.

It was nice but cleanliness and safety are concerns. The bathrooms and kitchen were not clean. The countertops had food on them and toilets/sink and bathroom had hair visibly not cleaned. The rugs had to be picked up as they caused tripping hazards and rug over rug in living room rolling up had to move chair over top. The bike peddle arm completely came off during ride over mile away, went to 2 places couldn't fix. Communicated this and property manager stated it would be fixed but did not.

Lovely Stay

This condo was perfect for our family's stay in Rosemary Beach as we were in town for a wedding. The location is in the middle of the town square & has quick access to beach & all the restaurants & shops. So convenient! The is absolutely beautiful. The decor was sophisticated, the condo was clean & the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked w all the kitchenware basics. And the views from the balcony were lovely. We'd be happy to stay here again next time we're in RB.

Rosemary trip

Loved the condo. It was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for us with ocean view, being to hear music from patio restaurants and the teens could be on their own without worry. The only negative is the noise from delivery trucks and early morning garbage trucks. Some of the wooden doors in the condo didn’t close all the way so the noise couldn’t be shut out.

This location of this couldn’t be any closer to the restaurants/shops! Beautifully decorated and looked just like the photos. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

Fall break

Lovely condo, perfect for a small family. The hall way bunks are not full size but perfect for children. Nice kitchen and comfy family room. It is a little noisy in the mornings with trucks going to the Pearl and reversing back up the street so turn on your noise machine. Location can’t be beat!

Great spot in Rosemary

We had a wonderful time; this is our third trip to Rosemary, and this was by far the nicest unit. It was clean and well-appointed and in a great location very close to the beach. We enjoyed being able to use the back staircase to get down to the street more quickly, and we especially appreciated the two master bedroom set up. Will definitely return!

had a major mold issue in both bathrooms - it had mold when i got there but when i called the next day, they sent a maid to clean up the mold in two bathrooms...the area outside the condo was nice and close to the beach...

This is a very nice property. Great location and nice condo. Only negative it has is all the deliveries and trash services that use the alley behind it. Most mornings are very loud and wake you up.

Beautiful place! Awesome location~in the middle of everything yet, still very quiet and private. Take note of the check in & check out time!!! My fault for not scheduling flights more accordingly. Property manager was very responsive & very helpful!!! Will return for a longer stay!
