The condo requires short term rental guests to pay for a parking pass, $41 per vehicle. 2 vehicles max, and only 1 reserved spot that’s marked with the condo number in front of the unit. There are visitor spots interspersed with the reserved spots that a second vehicle can park in.

Vehicle will be towed if not registered through the HONK app. The passes are to be used on a per visit basis and NOT be used by other guests. The pass is to be displayed in the windshield of your vehicle, visible and readable, whenever you are on Portside property. Vehicles will be towed at owners’ expense if no pass is seen OR VEHICLE IS NOT REGISTERED THROUGH THE HONK APP LOCATED AT FRONT OFFICE.
