A lot of great but poor management
Just left from a week at this property. 4 adults, 6 kids ages 6-9. Pros:- location and neighborhood. This complex is very bike and kid friendly, close to the beach and easy to bike to the town areas.- Pools. Both at the house and within the complex. Our kids spent every possible minute in the pools.- Our 2 families fit comfortably in the house. Bathrooms were all updated, kids loved the bunk rooms. Kitchen layout was perfect for a large group.Cons- I would not consider the house to be well stocked, especially given the size and clear function for a large group vacation. Basic amenities like toilet paper and paper towels were sparse,1 roll of paper towels given for the whole week. There’s no beach gear provided, bring extra dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, trash bags, etc. unless you want to buy there. Beyond being annoying, it feels like a cheap play for a house of this caliber.- To the point above, there were also very few spare towels. Because of this, we needed to do laundry but the dryer is broken. We called multiple times to get someone to fix it and were told there was “nothing they could do” Completely unacceptable as there is always something that can be done. The management group was unhelpful, rude and outright lied at times as we asked for a solution. After 2 separate maintenance visits, we ended up not having access to the dryer for the entirety of our trip and the management group didn’t offer to bring extra towels until 4pm of the last day.
