Excellent condo

This condo is located directly on the beach in PCB. It has a beautiful Gulf view. We had breakfast on the balcony each morning and saw dolphins two of the mornings. The condo was very clean, decorated nicely and equipped with any thing you might need. The property managers were very responsive. Our trip couldn’t have gone better. We will definitely stay here again.

The blow dryer didn’t work but we just went to Walmart and bought one. We did leave it for the next guest. It was kind of a hassle to keep going to the third floor to get to the car but whatever. We never did find the heated pool and not one person working there could tell us. But the unit was clean and it was close to everything. And the balcony had plenty of seating.

Relaxing Getaway

Perfect condo and property for a family vacation! Plenty of space, clean, and all the amenities you need for a family with small children. Host communicated with us all the important info prior to our check in, which made it seamless and easy. Beach chairs included with the stay was a nice bonus as well! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to rent this property.

Fantasy Island Panama City Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Fantasy Island. The beach and sunsets were outstanding. Tina and Allen were very prompt with addressing all our needs. There was an abundance of towels both bath and beach. Truly enjoyed the surrounding restaurants and shopping. Tina also left a lovely gift when replacing the vacuum cleaner. Would like to know where they were purchased from as I would like more. Thank you.

Great place!

The condo was in the perfect location on the 5 floor near the elevator. We could be from the condo to the indoor heated pool in 2 minutes and the beach in 3 minutes! Loved the amenities. We used the pools, hot tubs and pickle ball courts daily!!! The condo was comfortable and has an amazing view.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I loved this condo! We stay at the Majestic every year but this was our first time in Tina’s unit. It was clean, well stocked with essentials, and Tina was very communicative from the time we booked until the time we checked in. She left clear check in and check out instructions. It was a great trip! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend her to anyone.

Really nice place

We loved this condo. Very clean and really comfortable beds. Needs hangers but the only thing we didn’t enjoy was the noise from the elevator. It goes up and down All night long. Also tv in master doesnt work. Other than those minor things this is a great condo and i do recommend it.

Loud at night, not ideal for sleeping

Overall it was a clean, nice place to stay. But, you're close to the elevator & you can literally hear it every time it moves. The master is located facing the gulf, but the other 2 rooms have windows right on the open air hall by the elevator & facing the bar across the street. I could hear the elevator all the way in the master. But, I couldn't hear the loud motorcycles, cars & the all night partying at the bar across the street, our kids could though! They had a lot of trouble sleeping in those 2 rooms. 2 of them (15 yr & 8 yr) ended up on the pull out sofa to get away from the noise. We were hoping that since our stay was not over spring break it would not be too crazy, but it was, even on the week nights. The grounds &beach area were clean. But, on the first day we arrived we did not want to get out in traffic for supper (the traffic is horrible all day every day!) so we went to H2O, the restaurant at the resort and they had a dj playing literally the loudest music I've ever heard right by the pool. My kids, who normally love a good loud dance party couldn't even stand it! So we couldn't even go swimming because it was so painfully irritating. The food is way overpriced at H2O ¬ very good. The "Starbucks" in the building is not an actual Starbucks. My husband ended up having to leave every morning to drive to a real coffee place for a good cup of coffee. By the time you walk the mile to your car & drive that is a good 45 min! Oh & don't park on the 3rd level!

Summer 2024 stay

PCB was busy and not as “family” oriented as October is. However, the property was presented as said in the listing. The washer and dryer is in the kids room, I didn’t realize that. Everything was clean and check in/check out was very easy! Being on the 5th floor is great! We enjoyed our stay ❤️❤️

Great family condo & beautiful balcony view in Panama City!

Another great trip to the beach. This was our 3rd summer in a row we visit PCB. Overall, it was a great stay & condo. Our family of 4 had plenty space to enjoy & relax. We loved the resort movie theatre. The AC cooled off all the rooms very well, except master bedroom, Maybe add a fan for guests, as it did get hot at night. We cooked all breakfasts & enjoyed it on the balcony. An extra set of pots/pans would be helpful to add. We prepared most lunches or ordered from the grill downstairs. We cooked spaghetti one night & ordered out most of the nights, pizza- Domino's, Mexican- Guadalajara's, burgers & wings- Hooter's, hibachi- Jin Jin Fusion (absolutely delicious) We took beach photos with Joe Spedale Jr again this summer, & went eat out at Outback steakhouse. My daughter & I also enjoyed exploring & going to as many antique/thrift stores that we could find. The unit does have a bunk bed in the kids room, my son slept at the bottom bc he said it was very hard to get to the top bunk, also it was kinda difficult to do laundry with the stacked washer & dryer in that small closet. This unit is also right by the elevators & you can hear noise most of day/night. This is a high density resort & the only pool in the sun was crowded most times & not even enough chairs to lay out. Unfortunately, we had double red & red flags all days we were there. Wish we would have had better water conditions for my kids. Always a great day to be at the beach even just sitting on the balcony!

Quick weekend trip

Everything was just as you see in these pictures. The owners were very easy to deal with too. FYI….don’t park on the 3rd floor of the parking deck. All of the other levels in the parking deck are open for you to use though. That was unclear to us, so I thought I would pass the info along. Thanks for a great stay!
