We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! Communication was great and we received quick responses. The condo was great for our family. One thing that I would mention is that the dryer is not great. We had to run our load several times to get it fully dried. Overall we had a wonderful experience!

Beautiful condo & view

The condo was just as advertised. It is spacious, simply decorated with a large balcony. Well stocked for a week's stay. No icemaker was disappointing. The bunk room could use a TV for the kids. The light outside the guest bedroom makes it appear daytime 24/7, so sleeping was a little challenging in that room. The elevators are fast. Pool & hot tub are sufficient for the size of the property. Adequate parking, but the check in process is a bit wonky as they direct you to 1 spot then they make you go downstairs to the gift shop to pay & print your parking pass then back up to where you just were to get your wristbands. Overall 5*, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sterling Breeze.

Room was clean. Only issue with cleanliness is The shower in the master had discolored, dirty, broken up grout around the bottom. The water pressure is awful. Especially for girls, showers take much longer to get soap out of hair. The water is extremely hard, I couldn’t do anything with mine or my daughter’s hair all week because our hair was so gross from the hard water. Hot water ran out after one shower so a family of 5 could not all shower in the same unit after a beach or pool day. The flooring in the unit traps the sand so it was difficult to keep clean from sand which lead to sand in our beds no matter how much we swept. The pillows are so thin we had to go buy pillows from the store because no one was getting very good sleep. They felt like they were just a piece of foam. Pool closes at 10 pm and staff screams at kids to get out of the pool. First time ever leaving a less than 5 star review but for the price we paid for this unit it was extremely disappointing.

Great unit and fantastic family location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fantastic unit. Loved the view and spending mornings drinking coffee on the deck. Unit is exactly as pictured and described. We planned accordingly, so we were prepared with all our extras that we needed. This is a great location for families. We had a teen and there were lots of other families with teens and little ones. Only issue during our stay was that there was only one elevator working. Advertisements warned of this, but said it would be ready by spring break. Reports from the building say June. Sometimes the lines were long.

Positives- we had plenty of space for our party of 7. The condo is very close to Pier Park. The views from the 20th floor are beautiful. Negatives- the kitchen needs some bigger bowls for cut fruit or popcorn, even if they're from the dollar store, and an ice cream scoop. The master bath smells like sulfur whenever you shower. It will smell up the whole condo if you don't close the bathroom door. Print your parking pass before you get there to save time. To use a cart to transport your luggage from your vehicle to the room, be prepared to leave your driver's license with the attendant, one on which is very rude. It is a huge inconvenience. We waited for the attendant to return for 45 minutes to retrieve our driver's license when returning the cart. The attendants in the pool area can be strict, as well, asking people to remove boogie boards and/or carts and checking for your bracelet. For as much as the condo was for a week, the building policies are ridiculously strict. We mistakenly stayed in the same building (Sterling Breeze) twice. I would stay in the ROOM again. However, I will not be back to Sterling Breeze.
