Check-in was very simple and easy. We had NO issues with door code, beach access code or WiFi code. We were unable to open the curtains in the room with the double queen beds. (When you expect to have beach views in every room it was very disappointing to have to deal with. (We were never informed of this issue.) Not to mention while trying to pull back the curtain it has huge stains (unsure of what it is) all over the backside and it’s unappealing.
In the kitchen, the majority of all utensils were caked and crusted in food along with the oven mitts. When moving small appliances over to make room we found dried coffee spills and crumbs of food. Needless to say, we ended up washing all utensils we wanted to use with select pots and pans. (At this point I’m thinking why do we pay a cleaning/service fee of $629.00 when nothing has been done.) The bar stools need to be replaced as well. The stools are unstable and my husband went to sit down and a nail/screw poked his rear-end.
In the living room area we went to sit down and come to find the couch is dingy(soiled-dirty-spotted). On the plus side the outside view is gorgeous!
During the rest of the stay we put up a fight with the sliding balcony door. If you go back to previous reviews this was supposed to be fixed on October 31, 2023. It obviously was not dealt with. The rusted fan outside would be better served as light fixture.
Ultimately we had a good time but I would be embarrassed by the upkeep if it was my property.
