Nestled in the heart of Laguna Beach within the charming Royal Palms community, this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The first floor features an open-concept living area perfect for entertaining, along with a guest bedroom and full bath. The master suite, located upstairs, is 24' x 16' with gulf views and has a king size bed. The master bath has a 7' double sink vanity, walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in closet. There is a private balcony off master suite with beach views. The second bedroom, also located upstairs, has two bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. Each bunk has a full size bed on bottom and a twin bed on top. There is also a queen sleeper sofa for families. This room also has a large private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom, with a queen size bed, is located downstairs and has a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Outside, enjoy the back patio and deck with convenient pool access, creating the ultimate space for relaxation. The den, kitchen and dining area have an open floor plan, perfect for family gatherings and fun. The kitchen has upper-end appliances and granite countertops. The house sleeps 12 comfortably and is located in the highly sought after area of Laguna Beach. We are located on a beautiful preserved beach in a quiet family-oriented area. We are steps to the sand! Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room for fun. We are just a short drive to 30A and a few miles from the activities of Panama City Beach. Pier Park and Shipwreck Island are among the favorites. There are grocery stores located within 5 minutes. PCB is known for their many wonderful restaurants. Everything you need is waiting for you! Great house with room to spear. The beach is accross the road and many stores and restaurants ara in 5- 10 min drive. Quite area yet in the middle of everything.
