The unit is very well decorated and maintained. We love our short stay and would definitely visit again. The staff at Aqua were very nice and accommodating with selecting our beach chair service. The only thing I would say is that at no fault of the owner of this unit, however, most mornings and evenings this one particular person on the balcony

Amazing

This Condo was Amazing, we have stayed at Aqua several times one of our favorite places. Aqua 707 was super nice, not one complaint they were very responsive and the place was very clean. Awesome Job.

Great condo

They were very accommodating with our request for early check in however when we arrived the condo was not cleaned the best. There were hair ties left on the floor in the bathroom and rugs seemed as though to not be vacuumed. This was not a major inconvenience to our group but just a heads up for future rentals. While not a problem the dishwasher had a very fowl odor before we even put dishes in there (which as a property manager I am aware it could be due to not being used in some time or water smell. But could also be due to issues with the disposal and dishwasher needing to be serviced. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend to anyone.. the host was very responsive and in a very quick manner which means the most.

.Brand New 707 Aqua from Warren Beach Rentals Brand New, fantastic floor, all new throughout.. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Gulf front and fabulous. The statement on website is not accurate Warren Beach needs to update their photos the property is not "Brand New" as described. We were very disappointed in the property, we stayed one night only because it was too late to relocate to another Condo. We were able to find a more suitable condo at the Aqua the next day. Deceptive advertising!

Aqua 707 review

The property was exactly as advertised. Loved the location and the time we spent here. Only 2 things I did not like was that the small room with the trundle bed didn't have a t.v., and i don't believe the floors were mopped properly before our arrival, we all had black feet on night one. So, small things, didn't effect our time there, overall great stay.

Awesome Beach Views

We stay at Aqua every year for our annual beach vacation and Aqua 707 did not disappoint. The views were spectacular, the rooms were spacious, and the decor was modern and updated. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were very disappointed in our condo. The pullout sofa had dirty sheets on it,The washer had mold inside of it, the front bathroom had mold all over the wall and leaked on the floor, the “bedroom” that has the twin bed and “trundle” was dirty and the room was so small. It had no closet space. There is no way 2 adults could comfortably sleep in those twin beds and keep their luggage in the room. We spent to much money for this place and completely dissatisfied.

We really enjoyed the condo but I had to sweep and mop all the floors. The floors were sandy and in the master bathroom there was paper behind the toilet. In the small bedroom there was a sock and a necklace under the small table. Which indicates the floor wasn’t even swept. The rug in the living room was not vacuumed. The the balcony was very dirty.

Beautiful condo!

Check in was almost too easy! Location was great but very noisy in the non beach side. Noise Carrie’s up from the street and at 3am two days in a row people were outside our condo being super loud as they passed by! The main bathroom had issues with the sink not draining. The disposal didn’t work. But on the positive side the place was very comfortable. Good seating options. Nice beds (would be nice to have additional blankets for the trundle beds). Vacuum is horrible making it hard to clean the area rug.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

Beautiful condo on the beach with a magnificent view and large porch. Very close to restaurants and shops. Condo is exactly as pictured and communication with the rental company was flawless.

Location

Located right on the beach for easy access. The Girls loved the shopping within easy walking distance. The Guys loved all the great eating places for same reason. Everybody enjoyed the great view from the balcony (day and night).

Spring Vacation

Another fun vacation at Aqua. Nice property but it really is better designed for six people and not eight. The sofa sleeper is not comfortable and ended up with one guest sleeping on it as a couch. We chose this two bedroom-two bath unit to save money but the design made it crowded at times. Back to three bedrooms next year. Some minor details:no dish rag or strainer. Also Aqua needs to get one of the outdoor pools heated. Love the beach chairs. Despite some concerns we still enjoyed our vacation and will return to Aqua.

Very clean and all beds were comfortable.

Nicely furnished with comfortable mattresses. A response to a minor maintenance issue was immediately resolved. We look forward to returning.

Awful communication

Arrived an found only 2 elevators work for 23floors. Can u imagen check-in? There was people waiting for elevator for 5plus hours with groceries an kids. Horrible. It was awful everyday at lunch an from 3-7pm. They said it’s been down since spring an didn’t tell us until the day before so there was no cancelling. The day of an before was hours of sweating an waiting as well. The beach entrance is not wheelchair accessible. The stairs at the end are very narrow an the last step is damaged an have into sand. Many people twisted ankles, stubbed toes. Our cleaning crew did not get there until 3 an we knew because we was waiting on elevator. They was done before 4. Our first day noticed mold in the washer. They hide problems until you can’t back out. Very shady. Will not stay here again
