The host was amazing to work with and very fast returning all of my questions! We had the most amazing stay and this place is absolutely beautiful! Words nor the pictures don’t describe how gorgeous it is. Our family loved everything about this place and will definitely be back. Having the two houses was great and we were able to have so much space for each family to be comfortable. The outdoor area was much more than I had expected and our family couldn’t believe this was the place I booked us. So I would recommend this place and it is packed with everything you need!!

Wonderful property! Beautifully decorated and close to beach. Loved having 2 houses with a shared backyard! It’s great for going with big groups, one house is the “party house” and one is the quiet house so everyone stays happy. Our host was wonderful with communication and accommodation we will certainly be back!

Everything was amazing about our experience! Taryn was an amazing host, always quick and easy to communicate with. The two homes were clean, cozy and perfect for larger group. We came to celebrate my husbands birthday and everyone loved the location/amenities and that is was only about a 5-10 walk from the beach. Already planning our next visit for 2026

Stayed here for my wedding weekend with my family, and we absolutely loved it! The outdoor area was the highlight of the property and truly worth every bit spent. The lighting throughout the yard was such a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy the space well past sunset under warm, cozy lights. The only downside was that there wasn’t a jacuzzi as mentioned in the title, but honestly, that didn’t impact our overall experience. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful spot to gather and make memories!

Backyard oasis!

We were a multi generational family birthday celebration. 14 adults and 1 child. Sleeping arrangements worked great. We cooked all our meals rather than fighting the restaurant crowds. It worked great ! My only "complaint" was the first dinner it started storming and the only place big enough for us all to gather was the outdoor pavilion. Thankfully the rest of the weather was beautiful but if we had had more rain, meals might have been a problem! The pool was huge! Tons of outdoor seating. Truly lovely!

Love Island

The host was great with communication. We had a few questions during check-in, and she resolved everything right away. As soon as we walked in, our friends who arrived before us said the place looked like it was straight out of Love Island. The kids had a blast with the pool and all the available toys. The rooms are also great. The triple bunk is a bit tight for adults, but there are plenty of other beds that accommodated everyone comfortably. Overall, it was a fun and relaxing stay—we’d definitely come back!

I wish there was an option for 4.5 because if there were, that’s what I would give the Carillon Villas. It was a great place for extended family trip, outdoor space was amazing and trip to the beach was easy with the golf cart. Beds were comfy and communication from the owner was wonderful. I take off a half star because I feel like the description of the inside space could be more accurate. It should be noted that there’s essentially no indoor dining space in either house. The outdoor dining space is great and we used it most of the time but if it was any hotter that would be a significant limitation. Also, adults really cannot easily sleep in any of the bunks as there is very limited headroom space (significantly less than normal bunks) and the queen trundle should not count as a bed as there’s not actually room to pull it out to expose even as much as a twin bed. I thought this should be out there for people to be aware but our family really did have a wonderful time here - just could have used a little more I door space with 14 people.

Large family gathering

Pros: The homes are close to the beautiful, powdery sand beaches, about 5min walk. Outdoor common area is a good place to gather around during warmer weather. The toddler area was a plus for the little ones to enjoy. Plemty of towels. Communication with the host was great, quick to reaponse. Also accomondating to our early check-in request. Basic kitchen utility for some light cooking if you desire. Cons: At first impression they entry ways appear unkept and not tidy. The common area should have better lighting around the pool area and on the outdoor lounges. Due to the time of year in Nov it got pretty cold, outdoor heaters would have been a big plus, since it is difficult to accomdate large families in any ³ one of the homes. There are extremely too many secuirty cameras outside, wihich concerned many of my family members for privacy. The extra charge for pool heat seemed excessive and we could not fully enjoy. Although pets were allowed the common area lack of green space or neighborhood for pets to walk were hard to come by. The inside of the homes were very tight and not practical. This home listed that it could sleep 29, but should be changed as the bed arrangements makes it difficult for a good sleep. The bunk beds were really tight fitting for teens to sleep. Some guest noticed that a bed spread and towel were stained . Others noted one room floor dirty.

Beautiful Property!

This property was amazing! Everything was exactly as pictured on the listing. The property grounds, from the pool to the lounging areas to the kids playground to the grilling area was perfect for our family vacation. You will want to spend all your time outside at this property as it has the most spacious areas for gathering. The property was in a great location and proximity to beach access. The host was very responsive and stayed in communication and answered any questions we had regarding the property. Book this property! You will NOT regret it!

Nice, but pros and cons listed in review

Pros:Great,quiet location Short walk to the beach Very nice updated houses&backyard Quick to respond Pretty clean,random items (not ours) found when house flooded Some items left behind,Quick to message about the items&ship Hot tub included Cons:I didn't receive the checkin information until approximately 2hrs before&I had to ask for it. The checkin instructions were pretty confusing¬ updated@ time sent stating checkin was at 4PM in one part&3PM in another Originally when booked there was not a fee listed for the golf cart,has since been updated The listing states that the pool is heated,however doesnt mention it is an extra charge The Ice machine did not work from the time we checked in & was not fixed before we left There was a day where it rained a significant amount and one of the houses flooded.Some of our party had to move bricks from the side of the house to get the water to drain&also unclog some packing Styrofoam from the drain.This was an inconvenience&no type of refund/accommodation was offered.When sent pics of flooding,the cleaning lady was sent,but it was too much for her to clean up.A moisture control company was sent the same day&he had to leave fans in the middle of the floors for several days to try to dry up the water There is only 1 supplied trash bag for each trash can Kitchen in 1 house cramped w/no seating&hard to use oven 15car parking doesnt accommodate trucks/SUVs&golf cart&trailer in driveway uses 2+spaces No pool lights,area very dark@PM

Best Vacation Spot Ever!

Had a bunch of friends come together from all over the states and this was the perfect spot for a reunion. The pool was amazing, houses were clean, and everything worked as intended! Grill was in great condition and all the different activities available, there was never a boring moment. A 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect, would rent here again next time I’m in Florida!!

Kid friendly beach house

Houses were clean, had everything we needed for cooking and beach going. Outdoor living space was awsome, the pool and playground are a homerun for families. The golf cart made beach going so easy. Definitely Will recommend this property. Owner was so easy to work with, and prompt in getting back with any questions we had.

Child’s dream

Great backyard for kids. Kitchen in one house cramped but we made it do. Other house had more seating for socializing. Had to go outside if wanting to play cards or games late at night due to not having a table or chairs. Pool wasn’t lit up so couldn’t see kids in pool at night.
