The check in process was atrocious! Had to pay $40 to “pre-register” when we got to the property and then was told that I had to drive 20 minutes to the Book that Condo main building to sign a “spring break waiver” that could only be done in person before I could be checked in. I was told they sent me an email about that, but I received the email 2 hours prior to arriving and I was driving and therefore and couldn’t obviously read that email.
The elevators took “forever” and half of them didn’t work. For a resort that size, there should be more working elevators.
On day 2 our ceiling started to leak quite a bit if water above the kitchen. I called the emergency line at 1:40am when I discovered it, because the ceiling was bulging and I was afraid the ceiling was going to collapse in. They offered to bring more towels in the morning.
The next morning, a maintenance man knocked on door (it would have been nice to have some warning other than when he knocked). They looked at the leak, that was now leaking in numerous places and told us that we would have to move condos. They said that they were going to go to the unit upstairs to check things out.
That was the last we heard ANYTHING from anybody regarding that issue. It continued to leak for another day or 2. So I said, “if they aren’t worried about it, then either should I. If the ceiling collapses in, NOT my problem.” I just made sure that none of my belongings were anywhere near that area. Had issues with the beach service.
