This house is an amazing rental. Well designed w/ the primary bdr in the back so others can come and go in the front door without disruption. The decor, furniture & appliances lovely & extremely functional. Chairs , umbrellas, beach cart and 2 paddle boards were all used almost daily for our crew. So much fun! Upstairs den, deck & extra sleeping is perfect for kids/young adults. The owners truly care about this property & it shows. The only complaint is that the property management company does not have a process for effective communication w/ the guests.1. received specific check-in instructions days before utilizing a check mark on the Yale keypad…right at check-in time, we received contrary instructions to use a #, which was incorrect. This caused confusion & stress with multiple people in our party arriving at different times.2.received a text @7am the first morning asking if everything was satisfactory? 7am on vacation? 3. paid and received approval for late checkout a week before rental, however; on the morning of checkout, the cleaners showed up at 10am. The exasperating part is that the management company changed the code and locked us out after 10/had to get an emergency code to get back in…also very stressful. The rep apologized & said late checkout was not on the report…not my concern/problem…fix the process.-positive note, while the AI texts we received were clearly fake cheerful crap & incorrect, each rep we spoke with was nice/helpful.
