Great Home Location!

Tucks Place is a beautiful home that is well kept & clean - just like the pics!The house is close to the Seacrest Pool & an easy walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. The adult bikes that are included with the property were a great added bonus! We couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay at Tucks Place and would 10/10 recommend!

The perfect stay

The house was wonderful. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful finishes, clean, and the three king masters with own bathrooms were exactly what we were looking for. The location is perfect, easier walk to the pool than I even imagined and a manageable walk to peddlers pavilion and Rosemary Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book Tuck’s place again when we come back to 30a!

Great neighborhood

We really liked the location, walkable to shops and restaurants, plus access to the pool. Beach was easy enough to get to using the shuttle. House was in great shape and everything we needed for our families to have a great time.

Home away from home

This place was great. It was stocked up with everything to grill, make muffins, bake cookies, a pitcher to mix drinks… all the little things you usually forget about, they had. Beds were so comfortable and cozy. Showers were great. We really slept as well here as we did at home. Floorplan - when you come in front door, small hall with the bunk room and another bedroom with separate bath are downstairs/ first floor really. The laundry room is here too which is strategic because you can take beach towels straight there as you come in and don’t track sand throughout the main level (upstairs with open kitchen and living room space). We had a group of teen girls and the bunk room downstairs was perfect. I was a little nervous at first having kids on lower level. The bunk room also has a door that goes outside but we locked it and never worried about anyone coming in through it. There are 2 master BR upstairs next to kitchen and living room. The open floor plan upstairs was perfect for cooking and everyone hanging out. I’m picky about cleanliness and whoever does the cleaning here did a great job. The balconies upstairs let you open up house if you want so you do t feel closed in upstairs. Great natural lighting throughout house. It took up a little bit to figure out how to close and lock the double doors upstairs. We finally found instructions on directly on the door. We are already looking to book next year’s trip and plan to stay here again!!!!

Amazing property!

Our family traveled here for spring break. What a beautiful rental with everything we needed to make our stay outstanding. The kids LOVED how comfy the bunks were and we had a blast riding the bikes all over town. Thank you for an amazing stay, we will be back!

Amazing Bachelorette Weekend!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay. The house is so perfect for a group setting, allowing us to all gather in the kitchen/living room. The spacious bedrooms allowed each of us to sleep comfortably and the location couldn't have been any better. It was so nice to have beach access and access to bikes. The check in process was super easy and everyone was super communicative (within 15 minutes of reaching out each time!!). Would highly recommend.

One of the most beautiful homes in the neighborhood!

We had a great stay! The property manager was easy to communicate with about a couple of minor issues. The house is beautiful! There is a tram stop nearby, or you can walk to the beach. Don’t plan on riding the bikes to the beach and parking over there b/c the property on the other side of the gate won’t allow it.

Nice but poor customer service after checkout. Fraudulentcharge.

Although we enjoyed our stay, and the house is nice, it’s definitely been rented frequently and was not pristine. Dispute this, we were charged a large amount for “stains” and damage to blinds, which we did not do. We have called multiple times, sent multiple emails and have gotten no return call. We DID NOT damage the blinds and cause stains, yet they charged my card 4 days after checkout. I would not recommend this company and I am wondering how often they get away with this? Not to mention we had insurance to cover any potential damage, however they charged us instead. Although we didn’t do damage, they could have used the insurance they claim that is included in the booking as it was enough to cover the so sad damage to the blinds. I feel like it even could have been a previous renter or even the housekeeping staff prior to us or after our stay. One again, we did not damage property and they claim we did and automatically charged my card for something we did not do. More importantly, they won’t call me back or respond to my emails. That’s disappointing.

Beautiful. Clean. Great location!

I’m not sure the photos do this place justice! It was even better in person. Beautifully renovated and decorated, very clean, comfortable, and such a great location! We loved the community and especially the pool. The trolley stop was right outside and made for easy access to the beach. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Gorgeous house that was beautifully furnished with many extra features. It was outstanding and was the most enjoyable, comfortable beach visit yet! Close to beach, shopping and the most amazing pool. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home.

Gorgeous inside and out! Amazing location.

We loved our stay at this property. It has recently been remodeled and they did a fabulous job on updating every part of the house inside and out. It has all high-end finishes, appliances, furniture, etc and it’s so roomy. We loved that it included bikes. It’s so close to the huge neighborhood pool, beach, restaurants and shops. The trolly is also fast. We will definitely stay here again.
