We went for a spate of the moment anniversary weekend to get away. We live in the Navarre area and wanted a quick get away. The issues with the elevator made us decide to never give the condos another stay. I can not imagine what summer would be like but if you attempt to take the elevator to go out to eat or come from the pool or beach. We are talking even longer than 20 minutes. We walked 10 flights after waiting 30 mins. Place was clean no issues there but the bar stool had a broken piece when we pulled the chair out it fell on floor. The faucet in the onsuite had a broken one that was ready to fall off.

The condo was beautiful. The beach was extremely clean, and the water was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue, and they are currently working on it, was the number of working elevators available.

Great apartment and view

We really love the apartment the decoration and view. It was really relaxing and we would love to come back again.The only problem we suffer was the time it takes to get in the elevator and that still doesn’t work the icemaker, it then everything great.

We had a wonderful time for our 6 day stay.

The wooden chairs and barstools were awful and left scraps and injuries. They should have been cushions. Otherwise amazing view and sounds. Thank you

Need some minor updates

The door stop on the main entry door kept falling down stopping the door from being able to close. There was a few mold spots in the shower thay made me a bit apprehensive when taking a shower. Alos did not like that the water/ice machine on fridge was locked. Forced you to go buy water. The area had a lot of construction going on and made it hard to walk through.

Beautiful Place!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn't have chosen a better place! Absolutely beautiful, the location was perfect and the condo was clean and comfortable. We can't wait to come back, we will definitely stay here again!

You need extra time

It was a great space for just the weekend. I definitely would suggest this rental to anyone to just needs a relaxing weekend. If you have places to go for sports events or a timed schedule you need to make sure you provide yourself enough time plus extra just for the ELEVATOR! We cleared waited and on multiple different times at least 15-20 minutes just to get on the elevator. Not everyone in my party could take 12 flights of stairs. Other than that it was a nice stay. Check in process was a little crazy but we figured it all out.

It was okay

The view was beautiful and easy to access, but there was so much construction not the full time we stayed but 3 out of 5 days there was construction. Also the bathroom sinks were dirty and the water barely drained because of hair in the drain. The floor was clean but the carpets were dirty. Overall the stay was okay my family and I enjoyed our stay here.

Great unit, check in was crazy

The check in process was very crazy and to make matters worse. The lady who checked us and did not even tell us the easy way to do it and I had my 88-year-old mother with me who had to do a lot of walking that could’ve been avoided if the lady had just told us how to do it the easy way. For your information, the easy way is go to level two of the parking garage and cross over so that you don’t have to go up and down the elevators, etc. The unit itself was amazing and beautiful and had a great view!

We enjoyed our stay! All the employees were super friendly and nice. The condo was as described, nicely decorated with everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a rainy weekend so the views from the balcony were perfect! Will definitely be back!

This unit is beautifully decorated & just as pictures show! Very clean & equipped with anything you might need during your stay. Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend! We will definitely book this unit again!!

Beautiful Room/Elevator Hell

The Condo it self is beautiful! However the check in was a nightmare, having everyone check in at 4:00 is a complete disaster. We waited in line after all ready doing the pre-Registration, then had to wait in line to get a luggage cart. Also be prepaid to give them your Drivers License. We then had to wait in line to get on the elevator. We waited 45 minutes for a elevator to get up to the 12th floor. After unloading the luggage cart you then have to wait another 45 minutes to take the luggage cart down to get your drivers license back. Too much money to have the inconvenience. Although the room was nice and have a great view I would not recommend staying here. Also if you take the stairs they are not air conditioned and you are soaked in sweat by the time you get down stairs.

Great condo!

Very clean and accurate listing! Everything was provided and everything was functional. Sheets were clean and plenty of towels. New washer/dryer combo. Very nice. Only issue was the elevators. Wait time for elevators was 30 plus min per use.
