We enjoyed every minute. Plenty of down time mixed with outdoor activities. The weather was beautiful, so we enjoyed 2 perfectly beach days and a day trip to Apalachicola. It was too windy in the afternoons to take advantage of the paddle board and kayak. These are probably best early in the day. The property was extremely clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

The host was wonderful with communication and super responsive! The house was perfect for my family so that my teenage son had his own private area and adults had theirs in the evenings. Every restaurant nearby was a home run, access to the beach was a quick walk or bike ride! 10/10 would stay here again (and probably will while we are house shopping!)

We thoroughly recommend Victorias property. She has added many extreas. The additional fridge space is wonderful for bait etc. Love the outdoor shower. Soaps shampoo paper yowels znd laundry soap all available. The quick and scenic walk by the marsh to the beach is a bonus. The drive to Tallahasee quick. Great golf course in St James nearby. Book it. We will certainly return.

Property was fantastic. It had everything you could possibly need. The host was great at communicating. The cleanest place we've ever stayed at. Loved that it had all the essentials including spices. It had lots of cook ware.

Great fishing trip.

Property is wonderful, Host did a great job setting it up for rental. Location was great, need to watch the tides but in this part of gulf anywhere you need to watch tides. Will definitely be back. Fishing was great as well.

Everything you need

The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The two pouched added to the stay. Especially liked the kitchen.

Outstanding!!

This was probably the best experience we’ve had through Vrbo. The house was amazing and the area was beautiful. The whole property was super clean, and you can tell the host cares about their home. Victoria(the owner) made sure the whole house was spotless and even had extra coffee and a few other nice surprises stocked in the house Incase you forget anything. Not only was this the best house we stayed at Victoria was the best host, she was responsive and answered any questions we had quickly and was very informative. I love staying in places where people call home because they care more about the property than a hotel or a resort ever would. I would highly recommend this house, and we will definitely be back

3 nights at the big bend, Florida

Anniversary weekend, because our anniversary fell on Friday. The 13th! Great accommodations. Docking for a boat if you need it. Everything we needed was there. We even had a bottle of champagne waiting in the fridge for our anniversary. 2 refrigerator/freezers on the porch, one for entertaining and one for bait. This is a waterfront home in a fishing town. I could go on.

Hands-down the most well appointed VRBO I have ever stayed at. Forgot a toothbrush or a razor? No problem, this house has it. Didn’t bring swim diapers for your toddler for the hot tub? Covered. Every kitchen utensil and appliance, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Victoria has thought of everything. Just show up with some groceries, because This house has it all. It was immaculately clean with super comfortable beds and a short walk to a small, natural, beautiful beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the screened in porch. There is a bike and pedestrian path along the main road and very little traffic so we took our dog for walks every morning. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly and we felt very safe. There is a fantastic barbecue restaurant about 20 minutes from the home in Crawfordville if you’re looking for a great meal close to home. We were in town for the Florida State Seminoles game and it was an approximately 50 minute drive to Doak Campbell Stadium. We fell in love with Panacea and would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.
