Come relax and recharge at this Gorgeous White Southern Farmhouse situated on 8.38 +/- bucolic acres with a flowing creek in the heart of Chattahoochee Hills! The property features idyllic views of pastureland, forests and the silos. Truly Serenity at its finest. The house sits just 5 minutes from the Serenbe community, 10 minutes from Fox Hall resort, 19 minutes from Chattahoochee Hills Eventing (Equestrian Center), 12 minutes from Cochran Mill Park, and 35 minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.

The main house is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owner's suite has an en suite bathroom and an additional pull-out couch. There is a fourth bedroom and full bathroom above the garage that has two twin beds. Every bedroom has a TV in it except for one. The property has plenty of parking as well as a large two car garage. The garage has an additional refrigerator and large standalone freezer.
There is a firepit in the backyard and gas grill on the back porch. The house is stocked with board games and yard games such as Cornhole and Croquet. The house is very private and there are no houses in sight on either side. The rear of the house is all cleared pastureland and at the bottom of the hill, there is a wooded area with a large flowing creek.

Family Wedding Weekend
Gorgeous, serene property and beautiful country home. The house was perfect size and super clean. We were traveling back home for family wedding in Palmetto with our 2 grown boys and their families. We had 6 adults, 2 small children and a 9 mos old. Plenty of space and beds. Highly recommend 3 Silos Farm for your family getaway

Beautiful Palmetto Getaway
Three Silos Farm was the perfect place for a small family gathering/ celebration. The house is nicely decorated with comfortable beds to sleep in and what a beautiful country view to wake-up to. We only had one issue that George had taken care of as quickly as possible. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Getaway!
"Three Silos Farm" was pure perfection! Our family enjoyed watching 15+ deer daily, exploring the stream and playing in the creek nearby. The house was like stepping into a magazine. It was the perfect getaway for our family!!

Serene and beautiful
Everything went perfectly! Beautiful, clean, gorgeous views, plenty of space, had everything we needed! We even had some pretty sunsets off the back deck. My 4 kids ages 6-10 had a blast, more than enough room for everyone. Check in and out was easy. We only stayed 3 nights, but wished we could stay a month!

Large house, large property, very quiet
The house is huge, the living room especially, which was nice for my large family.
There is plenty of parking and yard space for kids to play in.
The property is very remote, which is good for peace and quiet but bad if you want to be near food, shopping etc. ATL airport is only a half-hour drive though, and there is a very good BBQ restaurant on the north side of Newnan, GA fairly near this house.
The house was clean and well-stocked. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Wedding weekend
This was a great property for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The location was near the wedding venue in Newnan so travel to the rehearsal and ceremony was simple. The house is spacious and nicely decorated. The weather cooperated during our stay so we were able to use the grounds for the rehearsal dinner. Our host was easy to work with and made every effort to meet our requests. Responses to my questions were timely. We would love to visit this property again!
