The photos that I saw when I was looking to book on line were not a “true statement” of the actual rooms. In the room the fire alarm was hanging with no battery on it and making the beeping sound, I end up disconnecting it. The tv didn’t work. One of the lights didn’t work properly and the “cleanliness” was not what it should be expected. I wouldn’t reccomend this hotel to nobody. Thanks for your concern.

There where people arguing fighting there was a bunch of people hanging around that was not staying at the hotel. There were homeless people hanging around the hotel. There was homeless people in and out of their trashcan. The room were not clean at all. The tub was dirty. there were pubic hair on the towels there were pee your hair on the floor. The toilet wasn’t clean. There were which looked like poop on the floor. You can tell that the floor has not gotten mop. and my fiancé had roach bites on his arm the next morning

Drug addicts

Bugs, rude management, Wi-Fi didn’t work, TV didn’t work, remote controls, didn’t work, and there was someone screaming at the top of their lungs all night to the point where I was up all night and it sounded like a child was getting dragged down the hallway for two hours While they screamed at the top of their lungs. I tried to explain this to management when they got in in the morning and he’d rather argue and debate, then try and comfort me and make my issue go away.

I didn't feel safe or comfortable. The facility is rundown. I slept with my cart bag at the front door of my room. I checked in late and never went back even though I paid for two days. I would not recommend this to anyone. Maybe Expedia has fallen off.
I slept with the lights on and this by my door in case anyone tried to come in.

Honestly want a refund I have pictures to send in, room smelled like smoke even though it’s a nonsmoking room, safety hazards, ants and nats, I have bites from the bed, bed was filthy as well as pillows

I liked the proximity to the airport, but that was it. I parked a 2025 BMW Z6 there and kinda worried about it all night, but it was fine. But a lot of (Strange) people walking the streets around this place. was in a great location on the main road, but that was it. The elevator did not work, had to take the stairs with luggage and a lot of things did not work in the room. Would NOT stay there again

The staff was fantastic. The only issue I had was the TV and Internet were non functional. The Internet would connect but had zero connectivity. The TV took special steps to get it to work off just cable otherwise it tried to use the same wireless connection that wasn't working

The worst stay ever - don't book!!!

This was the worst hotel stay ever. First, the room was wrong, with one bed (and I am travelling with my teen-aged daughter!), but the manager fixed it somehow to give us the room I had originally booked, with two beds. The room was on the second floor, and the elevator was out of commission, so my daughter and I had to carry our heavy suitcases upstairs. The room was the dirtiest that I have ever stayed at. The bathtub was clogged. The only room amenities were the microwave and the refrigerator, but not cups. The clerk in front said they had only Styrofoam cups which are not microwave compatible! There was no WiFi with internet; had to use my hotspot. A couple barged in having the same room key - the manager had clearly messed things up! All night there were noises.

Worst experience ever

Room was dirty,had a rat hole under desk,roach running around in the microwave,whole building smell like nothing but roach spray very strong, refrigerator and microwave didn't have any plug to plug up in so I couldn't use it I was told the only way my room can be switched is if I pay an extra 75 for a deposit that I wasn't made aware of at the time of check in,chair seat falls out from chair due to being broken,front desk worker is unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Hotel appears to be a hole in the wall or a trap for drug dealers and I was offered another room only after I called police twice because the first time he told the officer he can give me another room when they left he decided to argue with me. O the second time I called officers I was given a room key but when I went in the room someone was already I the room and asking me how did I get their room key. I left the hotel after giving them their room key back and I wouldn't dare go back there ever again until major changes are made including that front desk worker. I'm trying to upload photos but it's not letting me so is there another way for me to upload the pictures that I have of this mess of a hotel.
