A peaceful place to escape

I enjoyed staying in this unit very much. It was comfortable and well-equipped, and I was visiting during a time when the temperature was quite high (over 110), so I was glad there were comfortable indoor accommodations as well as a private pool. It was also a very short drive to everything I wanted to do in Palm Springs. All in all, it felt like a very good value and I’d happily go back.

Will be back if the bed was bigger and softer.

Very cute place and great location. The only thing I would say negative is the bed is small and uncomfortable. Pillows were also bad! There was also no wash clothes to wash your face . The tap water in the kitchen had a bad smell of shrimp. So could not make coffee in the mornings. Weird.

Beautiful Stay in Palm Springs

Great experience/stay in Palm Springs. I will definitely be booking again. The only suggestion I would have is to be more clear on the order in which to use the codes. I had to read through other people's comments who have stayed here and that helped.

Excellent Property / Great Location

Just like the pictures, the property was nicely decorated, well maintained, and extremely comfortable. It was perfect for the two of us for our two-week stay. The owners went above-and-beyond to ensure an enjoyable time. The location is excellent to walk to shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

Ahhhh..... Paradise at Canalleros

Great little place for two. Location to downtown was fabulous. The patio space was beautiful and we spent a lot of time out there. The kitchen was great. I would suggest some more spices in cabinets. We only had salt/pepper. We thought the bed was comfortable... Wished it would have been a king. The upper deck was nice. Suggest a railing all the way to the top. We had a wonderful two weeks and communication with ACME company was fantastic. The gates etc and codes were confusing. The order of this info should be 1) gates to enter the complex 2) gate outside of unit 3) entrance pad to enter home. Maybe that would make it clearer. Thanks for the hospitality.

Everything was perfect except check in process. Directions need to clarify which gate (GPS took us to wrong one) order of gate key codes should be parking 1st, courtyard 2nd & door 3rd. Was challenging arriving in dark/tired. Acme was responsive but would edit directions for next guest. Bottle of wine & bday greeting were a lovely touch.

Well appointed and good location

The condo was very well set up for 2 people. Kitchen is really well stocked, living room is nice, and the bedroom and bathroom are comfortable and functional. Location is a short walk to many restaurants on the north part of the core, and it’s a short drive to groceries and getting out of town if needed. Hot tub works well and is great for 2 people.

Great little unit

We arrived for our first trip ever to Palm Springs to celebrate our 24th anniversary. This date just so happened to be when Hurricane Hilary was due to arrive. Our flight was canceled, so we decided to go for it and drive. We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations, everything you need is here. My only criticism would be regarding the rugs on the patios, they are very worn and could use a replace. Also, the heater for the spa never worked while we were there so we were not able to enjoy that. Other than that, we had a great time. The property management team are quick and responsive.

Chilling in the desert

Wonderful quiet location for a lazy, chilled vacation. The property had everything ready and clean. Only thing missing was a safe. Great restaurant opportunities and luxurious shopping both in Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Can’t wait for a return trip.

We loved our stay! The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped and lovely space for two people. The location was perfect with an easily 3 block walk to the main shopping and restaurant area of downtown. The crew at Acme was awesome to deal with and were extremely helpful and available on text. We arrived a little early and were were able to access the condo before our assigned check in time. I definitely recommend this accommodation and we will likely be back for another stay! Stayed for a concert at the new Acrisure Arena

Great little space for 2 people. Absolutely loved the lounge pool/spa. Great attention to little details. We will definitely return to Palm Springs and this particular vrbo when the weather is cooler. Great location to downtown. About 15-20 minute walk. Left feeling totally relaxed. Thank you!

Short getaway from rainy Northwest

10 Am checkout was inconvenient for us. However the unit was just the right size for a couple. Close to downtown but a long walk. Nice hot tub. Upper seating area helpful for afternoon sun until sun goes behind the mountains. It was “stuffy” at night so we bought a fan at Walmart to circulate the air. Use the black TV remote exclusively. Cable is on video 6 setting. Recommend Sherman’s for great NY deli style sandwiches. Overall very pleasant stay.
