The Marriott’s was so nice Christian was very responsive and kind when we arrives the staff even upgraded us for free yay closer for Coachella quick shuttle times best place to stay for festival season by far !

Booked this unit for Coachella. Owner was unresponsive and canceled the booking last minute on the Monday week of the festival. The booking was then re-listed later in the week for 2x the cost. Would not trust booking here again.

The unit had a mini frig and microwave, no dishwasher no stove or toaster oven. The reservation we made was for 5 nights. The owner split it into 2 separate stays, seemingly to avoid the housekeeping that normally be done every 3 days. So we had no housekeeping at all. Not really as advertised. Had i known what we were getting, i would have booked a hotel instead of condo. The property, pools etc are fine tho.

wonderful location

We have stayed in these units many times before, and this was definitely one of our favorite units. It sat on the second level, overlooked the golf course and pond. It was a great location, very quiet, and beautiful view for morning coffee on the deck. The check-in process was seamless and communication was perfect. The unit was very clean and well stocked with towels and anything you would need for the mini kitchen. We would definitely stay again through this renter.

Desert palms villas

This was nice and convenient to pool, gym & pickle ball courts. However, it is shown with 2 beds and instead there was 1 king and a pull out. Also shown was a full sized refrigerator but we had a hotel room size. Maintenance was done very early in the morning. It woke us up most days between 5&6.

Love the location of the room. The patio was awesome facing the golf course. When we asked for coffee, tea and shampoo, it came promptly. The pull out bed was new! Access to laundry. Amenities were great! Minor issues were: bathroom sink did not hold water (plug did not work). Second drawer did not stay closed. Because of the adjoining room door, the couple next door were loud and we could hear them. Overall we loved it and will stay again!

Great location on Golf Course

Perfect size for my husband and myself. We enjoyed coffee and dinners out on the patio watching the golfers. Great location to get anywhere in the area and wonderful golf courses all around. Nice pool for relaxation.

villas and hotel rooms

Our "villa" was an expanded hotel room -- bathroom was nice with two areas and two sinks -- the "kitchenet" was really just a wet bar not big enough to fix anything. Coffee maker didn't work. Toaster only toasted one side of bread. The "villa" needs a larger seating area with larger 2 person table and more counter space. Also needs a separate room for the bedroom.

Enjoyable February stay

Large room with comfortable beds. I liked that there were two sinks, one in and one outside the bathroom. Plenty of towels but nowhere to hang them. Need towel bars and hooks in bath area. Walk-in shower with good water pressure. I liked having a larger refrigerator. Very nice, quiet property.
