Do not book this hotel! The place is a dump. Run! Front staff was a rude. Room had dirty toilet, soap was opened and towel was on the floor, the room smelled like cigarettes. There are shady characters at this hotel. Not safe, not clean. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Definitely not for the night owl. Extra linen = extra fees. The walls and floors are too thin. The door keys sometimes don’t work. Smoking only outside of the building. Not the place if you want to invite guests over. Be solitary and silent.

The beds were hard my lower back was killing me. I switched rooms the same thing also AC & fridge was making noise all night. you can hear people talking yelling in the rooms above and next store to you. ask for a 1 pm checkout was charged $20, I was denied a reasonable accommodation even tho I am disabled in a wheelchair. I NEVER had to pay a late checkout fee in all the years of staying in hotels across the US. I will NEVER stay at Woodspring Suites again.

Even the cheapest of hotels I have stayed in provides more for you. A room that can occupy 4 yet only has 2 towels?!? Terrible. Check in staff was great. Check out staff was horrible. In a business that depends on people coming to stay at your establishment.. poor choice of staff for the check out desk. She was not friendly, did not say hello, did not smile. Did not apologize for the inconvenience she caused. Terrible. Never would i come back or recommend anyone.

This hotel is scary. I did not feel safe there as a woman staying alone. There was a bunch of seedy looking men hanging around outside the doors, not a good sign for midday during the week) making comments, and the hotel seems dirty and unkempt. Room was very small and bare of any amenities and there was a dead bug (roach?) in bathtub when I went in there, the one time. I guess at least it was dead ✨😄✨. I literally checked in, and then left an hour later. they refused to give me any refund for my 4 night stay. Orbitz wasn't help me to get any money back as management apparently objected. although I told them after day 1 I checked out and wasn't returning. Front desk staff was nice and I feel sorry for them that they work there honestly.

This is a halfway house that masquerades as a hotel. I forfeited one nights rate because the place looked too sketchy to stay at with my family.

We stayed less than an hour. Roaches EVERYWHERE!! Turned light on roaches crawling in kitchenette. Sat in bed roaches under bed and one crawling up bed skirt! GROSS!!

Lots of roaches, the first room had a lot of roaches. Unfortunately the second room we were moved into had even more roaches beside a dirty shower and carpet

I loved that this place gave you a sense of home. You can cook, judge fridge, great staff. I just wish u didn’t have to buy pots, pans and utensils. But they were really cheap at dollar general. Would diff go back. Perfect location. Super close to everything

The room was clean, the only thing is there were no cups or pot set to cook. What good is a room with a kitchen and nothing to utilize it with. Overall everything was good. I wish they had a pool but maybe in the future.

Not enough bath towels.No dishes and cutlery.Not enough vending machines.

No room service or additional towels unless paid for. power outages at least 2 times. Apparently this happens and hotels doesn't have a generator for emergencies. Hotel staff could only tell me that owners are cheap. Seriously!! 1 overnight staff was ao busy on her cellphone she gave me wrong info and service could be alot better. Clean room,. Sevice ans experience could be better
